Sebastian and Rachel One Shots (Smytheberry)

10. He saved her

It started out once a month, to once a week, to everyday. She didn't know when it happened or why, but Rachel was scared of Finn. Everyday for school she would wear long sleeves to cover up the bruises and scars so no one would notice Finn abuses her.

She was at the Lima Bean alone in fear Finn would turn up. She sat down drinking he non-fat soy latte, when someone sat down at her table. She looked up in fear, but relaxed when she saw it was the one and only Sebastian Smythe. She will admit that she does have a crush on him, but she knows it will never work out.

She sipped her drink when Sebastian said

“Are you okay, Broadway?” Rachel was nervous that he had noticed that she tensed, she put her drink down and said

“I'm okay.” Sebastian looked at her, not believing her but he knew not to push. He was about to say something else when he heard

“What are you doing here with Rachel warbler?” Sebastian looked up and saw Finn. Sebastian hated him with a passion, he knew he himself likes Rachel, but the only problem is Frankenteen. He was about to reply to him, when Finn said

“I am going to ask one more time, what are you doing here with Rachel warbler?” Sebastian stood up from his chair and said

“Relax, Frankenteen I'm leaving anyway, I have to get back to Dalton.” As he was about to leave he saw the fear in Rachel's eyes. He knew she didn't want him to leave, but given the fact that Finn was there, he had to.

Rachel watched Sebastian leave the Lima Bean, she didn't want him to leave her with Finn. Rachel then picked up her drink, and was about to drink it, when Finn grabbed her hand and putting on a good boyfriend act in public.

Rachel had no choice but to follow Finn, she didn't want to but she knew she had to. Once they got to Rachel’s knowing her dads aren’t home, Finn made her open the door, once she opened it, they walked in, closed the door and Finn started hitting her like he does everyday.

When he finished, he said he loved her and walked out leaving her crying in her living room. She wanted to scream and shout at the top of her lungs but she knew no-one will hear her, not even Sebastian.

Sebastian was in dorm worrying about Rachel and was wondering why she looked so scared before she realised it was him. As Sebastian was worrying about her, he let sleep take over.

Like always when Rachel is getting ready for school she wears long sleeves to cover up the bruises and scars. She walked into school and saw Finn standing by her locker. She was frightened by him even more. Finn looked at her and said

“I'm sorry, but seeing that warbler with you, I just got jealous.” Finn then kissed the top of her head, and walked away. When Rachel put her things in her locker, she walked to the girls bathroom, and she just silently cried to herself.

As she was silently crying, the bell rang, which meant it was time for Glee club. She walked out of the girls bathroom and walked to glee club even though the monster is in there. She pulled on the sleeves of her shirt covering the bruises and scars from everyone.

As Rachel walked into the glee club, they decided to pay a visit to Dalton academy, Rachel didn't want Sebastian to see her fragile but she didn't have a choice, as Finn grabbed her hand and started walking to his car to go to Dalton.

When she sat in Finn’s car outside Dalton she was starting to feel uncomfortable as Finn started to slightly feel her up. She quickly unbuckled her seat belt and walked into the prestigious school where Sebastian goes to.

When Rachel walked in, she was met with the New Directions and The Warblers having duel with each other. Rachel saw Sebastian looking at her with concern on his face.

As Rachel stared at Sebastian, Finn walked in behind her and noticed the two staring at each other. Finn being mad at Sebastian for taking an interest in Rachel, grabbed Rachel’s and led her out The warblers choir room.

Finn led Rachel to one of the dorms, not sure caring who’s it was. He threw Rachel in there and was hitting her, and he was then about to do something more to her like always when they hear knocking. Finn didn't care who it was, but he soon did when the door opened.

Sebastian saw Finn grab Rachel rather hard, and led her out the choir room. Sebastian not liking Finn but caring about Rachel, had followed them as The New Directions were leaving Dalton not worrying about Finn and Rachel. Sebastian followed them to his dorm. He wondered what they were doing in there. Sebastian knocked on the door, and when he didn't get an answer, he used his dorm room key.

When he opened the door, he saw Finn about to do something to Rachel. Finn turned around and saw Sebastian and said

“This is nothing to do with you, warbler get out.” Sebastian was angry at him and said

“This has everything to do with me, considering this is my dorm room and my school, I care deeply about Rachel.” When Sebastian said that, Finn wasn't happy but Sebastian continued

“Get out, but Rachel stays here got it.. And given that Rachel is scared of you, and has bruises and scars on her and given that you basically almost raped her, I'm going to tell my father who is a state attorney, so if I were you I would be thinking about getting lawyer and realising that you are now single.” Finn then walked out of Sebastian’s room, and walked out of Dalton.

Rachel was shocked that Sebastian saved her. She was in tears, and Sebastian has held her and wiped away her tears, as Sebastian held her, he said

“You're safe now.” She held onto him for dear life, she was safe in Sebastian’s arms. Sebastian laid Rachel down on his bed as he held her. Rachel stopped crying, and just stared at Sebastian, the same person who saved her from that monster.

With thinking about her decision, she caressed Sebastian cheek, and kissed him on the lips in which Sebastian kissed back. They pulled apart and Sebastian then said

“we will take this extremely slow given what has happened to you.” Rachel agreed and fell asleep in Sebastian's arms, with Sebastian not far behind her.
