Rachel was in Boston hiding in an apartment she had brought, she was in hiding because of Kurt and Santana and her flop of TV show. She was currently sat at her kitchen table drinking a coffee and reading Quinn's post about her wedding to Hunter where it bothered her a lot that Quinn and Hunter didn't invite her at all, considering she was the reason that Quinn and Hunter got together, when she heard a knock at her door.
Rachel placed her coffee mug and tablet down, as she stood up and walked to the door. She prayed that Kurt and Santana didn't find her at all. She opened her door and saw the one and only Sebastian Smythe standing on the other side. Seeing Sebastian brought back memories of their highschool days together where they dated in secret but broke up because Sebastian didn't seem to get that she didn't want Finn at all.
Rachel softly spoke when she saw him
"What are you doing here Sebastian? I thought you didn't want to see me anymore because I was apparently cheating on you with Finn when I wasn't because you believed what Santana said and not me and you went ahead and slept with Santana the very person who bullies me, the same person Finn slept with and lied to me about it and you knew that." Sebastian looked at her and said
"To see you and see how you are after what happened." Rachel folded her arms and said
"Why do you care about me and how I'm feeling Smythe, you clearly didn't when you didn't believe me in highschool and slept with Santana and then tell me that you didn't want to see me anymore because I was apparently with Finn behind your back when I wasn't. So why do you care about me now and how I'm feeling now?" Sebastian looked at how upset and angry Rachel was and was brought back to the memory of when he told Rachel about sleeping with Santana.
Flashback
Sebastian slowly and shamefully walked up to Rachel's house and knocked on the door, he was immediately greeted with Rachel answering the door. Rachel gave a small smild at him and leaned forward to kiss Sebastian but he rejected it which caused Rachel to be confused.
"Sebby what's going on?" Sebastian walked in and said
"I need to tell you something. But it was a mistake and I regret it and it meant nothing to me at all. I swear it didn't." Rachel began to worry as she closed the door and said
"What did you do?" Sebastian took a deep breath and said
"I slept with Santana." Rachel looked at him with tears starting to fall
"Please tell me you're joking, please. Please tell me you didn't go to Santana please tell me it was a joke." Sebastian was silent and at his silence Rachel knew.
"Get out." Sebastian tried to reach out to her and Rachel continued
"Don't touch me. Get out Sebastian." Sebastian walked towards the door and said
"I wouldn't have went to her if you didn't cheat with Finn, i don't want to see you anymore" Rachel was furious and followed Sebastian to the door and said
"I did not cheat on you." Rachel closed the door and slid down crying and she couldn't get the image of Sebastian and Santana out of her mind.
End flashback
Sebastian looked down and then at Rachel and said
"I'm sorry Rachel. She didn't mean anything to me and I shouldn't have believed Santana. And I've always cared about you Rachel. It's why I'm here." Rachel interrupted him and said
"Your sorry is years too late. You didn't believe me Smythe. And you slept with Santana and after everything she did to me." Rachel closed the door but Sebastian stopped it and let himself in and said
"Did you go to Quinn's and Hunter's wedding. I didn't see you there." Rachel frustratedly said
"I didn't now get out." Sebastian was confused
"What do you mean you didn't go? And I'm not going anywhere until we talk" Rachel folded her arms and said
"I didn't get an invite and now I know why. Hunter invited you. And looks like they chose you over me, and let me guess Santana was there and you hooked up with her again. So tell me what are you doing here Smythe?" Sebastian knew he wasn't getting anywhere with the talking to her and was instantly regretting taking Puck's and Blaine's advice on being.
Sebastian frustratedly spoke
"To find out why you didn't come to me after your flop of your show and after what Santana and Kurt did." Rachel shook her head and said
"And why would I go to you Sebastian? Tell me why I should have gone to you after you hurt me?" Sebastian walked towards her and said
"Because I still care about you." Rachel stood her ground and said
"No you don't. If you cared about me you would have reached out to me and not tell me that you didn't want to see me." Sebastian stood in front of her and said
"I'm here now aren't I?" Rachel took a step back and said
"You're too late Smythe." Sebastian took a step forward, and spun her around, and trapped her between him and her door and said
"I'm never too late Rachel." Sebastian then kissed her lips full of passion and love. They pulled apart the kiss and said
"I'm still pissed at you." Sebastian started to kiss her neck and said
"I know." Rachel stopped him and said
"But I've missed you."Sebastian kissed her once more and said
"I know that too." Rachel then took Sebastian's hand and lead him to her room.
After hours of bliss Rachel and Sebastian laid in each other's arms breathless. Sebastian looked over at Rachel and said
"I'm sorry Rach. She really did mean nothing to me. Noone compares to you." Sebastian leaned forward and kissed her and said
"I love you still." Rachel gave a small smile and said
"I love you still too. I never stopped loving you Sebby. But I'm still pissed at you." Sebastian smirked at her and said
"When aren't you pissed at me?" Rachel giggled as she laid in Sebastian's arms and Sebastian continued
"Will you be my girlfriend again?" Rachel looked up at him and said
"I will, as long as you do something for me." Sebastian was confused and said
"Which is?" Rachel sat up gave a smile at him and said
"Move in here with me and live in Boston with me. There are a lot of law firms here plus I'm here. And your best friend Thad is in Boston too he's looking for a business partner. So what do you say Sebby, will you move in here with me and live in Boston with me and Thad but mainly me?" Sebastian thought about Rachel's request, kissed her and said
"Of course I will."
