91. New Years Eve- Part 2

Rachel lead Sebastian inside the house so they could away from everyone, as she knew that it was the right time to talk to him, especially after the conversation she had with Marley at the refreshment table outside, they sat next to each on the couch in the living after she had silently made them a coffee each and she said

"Marley said that you told her something when she first met you as Skylar's girlfriend. I want to know what it was, if you'll tell me." Sebastian, placed his mug and Rachel's mug on the coffee table in front of them, took both of Rachel's hands in his, and was wondering if she really did want to know what he said about her to her little sister, and also wondered if she did still love him too, he was worried that she didn't, but he knew that he had to find out, and he had to tell her what he said with hopes that she did still love him. Sebastian squeezed Rachel's hands and said

"Do you really want to know what I said to Marley?" Rachel nodded her head yes and said

"Of course I want to know what you said to my sister, Sebastian." Sebastian squeezed her hands once more and said

"When Skylar first introduced Marley to me as his girlfriend I knew that he was really in with her, and I told her to never let my brother go, because he is really in love with her, and that he really cares about her. Like I am still in love with a special girl who will always have my heart no matter what, because no one compares to her, and that even though her and I broke up, I still love her and miss her everyday, there's not a day that goes past where I don't think about her and I really do care about her. so don't ever let my brother go, you mean a lot to him." At those words Rachel became emotional and said

"You still loved me?" Sebastian lifted his hand to wipe Rachel's tears and then caressed her cheek and said

"Not loved. Love. My love for you Streisand will never go away. My love for you is in the present. I'm still very much in love with you. No one compares to you Rach, you're my pretty girl, how can I not still love you? You're my everything and you mean a lot to me." Rachel leaned into Sebastian's touch as she longed to hear those words from him, longed to hear the words of him still loving her as much as she loves him, she smiled and said

"I still love you too Sebby." Sebastian hugged her tight as he longed to hear her say that him and said

"I missed you so much. I'm so sorry that I didn't follow you to New York. I thought I had to let you go to let you be in New York without me. But I was so wrong. I
left you alone in New York." Rachel hugged him back tight as she longed to hear her Sebastian say to her that he missed her as much as she missed him and said

"I missed you too Sebby, so much. And I left you alone in Ohio." They pulled apart the hug and Sebastian took her hands in his once more and Rachel said

"What does this mean now?" Sebastian leaned forward, kissed her temple and said

"It means that you and I are idiots, and we let our futures and distance get in the way of our happiness, and it also means we have a lot of catching up to do." Rachel hugged him as she blushed and said

"We really do. We should get back to the party." Sebastian smirked at her and said

"Not yet" Sebastian kissed her and whispered against her lips

"I really missed this." Sebastian glanced outside, and saw everyone outside, and then took Rachel's hand and lead her to her room. Rachel looked at him confused, and Sebastian then said

"I want to spend the rest of my New Year's Eve cuddled up with you in your bed not wearing our fancy clothes but wearing pyjamas or even just in our causal clothes watching movies, and wake up in the new year with you in my arms as my girlfriend once more and then announcing to the world that we are together, and we plan our future together where this time around is different." Rachel looked at him and said

"What do you mean this time around is different?" Sebastian smiled at her and said

"I'm going to follow you to New York, and get my degree at NYU something I should have done after we graduated high school." Rachel was surprised and said

"What about working for mine and your dad?" Sebastian pulled Rachel into his arms and said

"They understand completely. I'll explain later I promise. But right now, I want to spend time with my girlfriend and give her the New Years gift I have for her before the year ends." They walked inside Rachel's room, and changed into comfortable clothing as Sebastian had a drawer full of his clothes still in her room from when they had dated the first time. Sebastian reached into his suit jacket pocket, pulled out a small box and shows her his warbler ring and he said

"I'm not proposing yet. It's a promise ring. A promise to always follow you, and to always love you, and to never let you go again, I was planning to give this to you before we broke up." Rachel smiled and said

"I accept the ring." Sebastian then placed his warbler ring on her finger when the clock stroked midnight. Sebastian kissed her and said

"Happy new year, and will you be my girlfriend once more?" Rachel smiled at him and said

"Happy new year Sebby, and I would love to be your girlfriend once more."
