161. Rachel's Perfect Prom- Part 2

Sebastian was shocked at what Puck had just said. He didn't know whether he was joking or not.

"Are you kidding? Isn't Rachel going with her fiancé Hudson?" Puck shook his head no and said

"She isn't. He's going with Quinn. and knowing them especially Q it isn't anything innocent, and Rachel is now single, and you're free to date her and take her to prom." Sebastian couldn't believe what Finn had done to Rachel. Rachel loved Finn a lot no matter how many times he treated her badly, Rachel still loved Finn and it did hurt Sebastian a lot seeing Rachel in love and with another guy, it pained him as much as it did Barry seeing Iris with Eddie. 

Sebastian didn't want to hurt Rachel further by having to go with her when she hates him and he said

"Why me?" Blaine looked at Sebastian knowingly and said

"Because you love her. and I know for a fact that if you step up tonight and be her date, she will see you in a different light Smythe, all you have to do is step up." Blaine then walked away with Puck leaving Sebastian to contemplate the idea.

Thad smiled widely at his best friend and said

"Let's get you a tux. you get to take Rachel to her prom. or at least surprise her. you get to dance with her, and be her date, isn't that what you want? She gets to see you for you. Wear a suit and go to her prom. She's going to her prom alone. Finn chose Quinn like he always does. be the shoulder for her to cry on." Sebastian thought about what Thad said and knew he was right.

Sebastian smiled widely and said

"Then let's go get me a tux and ready for the prom." Thad stood up and lead Sebastian out of the Lima Bean to get Sebastian a suit.

Puck stood outside with Rachel and Blaine waiting for Sebastian and Thad to arrive.

Rachel softly spoke

"You didn't have to wait with me, I know no-one's coming and that's okay. I can just go home save me from being more of a laughing stock here and saves me from being embarrassed." As she said that Puck saw Sebastian walking with Thad up the path and said

"Will you stop princess. you are a beautiful girl, you are talented and so much more. and I'm not the only one who thinks that either Rach." Rachel was confused, and Puck turned Rachel around to look at Sebastian walking towards her in a suit and with corsage.

Rachel was nervous, she didn't think Sebastian Smythe the former bad boy of Dalton would look her way. Blaine, Thad and Puck walked inside the school building leaving Sebastian and Rachel alone. Sebastian looked at Rachel up and down and said

"You're beautiful. and I know that you probably weren't expecting me at all." Rachel shook her head no and said

"Honestly I wasn't expecting you at all Sebastian. I just hope that Kurt, Finn and Santana don't say anything." Sebastian stepped forward, opened up the corsage and placed it on her wrist and said

"And if they do I'll protect you." Rachel gave a small smile and said

"Thank you Sebastian, and I thought you hated me." Sebastian took her hand and said

"I don't hate you. it's quite the opposite actually. I love you." Rachel couldn't believe it, Sebastian did look her way and he admitted to her that he loved her. Rachel smiled widely and said

"I love you too. You want to go into the dance for awhile." Sebastian held his arm out for Rachel to take and said

"Let's make people jealous." Rachel took Sebastian's arm and walked into the prom with him, where Finn and Kurt were shocked and angry. and before they could say anything they both hear

"If Rachel is happy with Fivel leave her be. I fought long and hard to love who i love and be happy. Rachel should be happy too. Frankenteen you are here with Q and you cheated on Rachel and she dumped your ass, who she is with when not with you is none of your business. And you can't say much either Hummel, you are here with Chandler and you cheated on Blaine with him." As Santana said that with Brittany standing next to her, they watched Finn and Kurt walk away. Brittana looked at Smytheberry, and Santana said

"Britts and I fought a long time to be happy and be in love with each other, i even got disowned by my abuela, so you both should be able to be together without Finn sniffing around and without Kurt being a pain." Rachel gave a small smile, reached out to take Santana's hand and squeeze it

"Thank you Santana. and just know you can always talk to me about what your abuela done to you, since I kinda know how it feels with Shelby not wanting me and everything." Santana smiled and said

"I know and thanks Berry." Brittany smiled widely at Rachel and Sebastian and said

"Have fun you two." Brittana then walked away and Brittany saw Quinn and Finn glaring at Smytheberry and said

"You and Puck are counting the votes, if you and I don't get voted, and Quinn and Finn do, swap the votes and make Smytheberry win, it will knock down Fuinn's attitude especially Quinn's." Santana smirked at Brittany and said

"You're a genius Britt." 

Sebastian held Rachel close and said

"I hope I'm not a rebound from Finn." Rachel looked up at Sebastian as they danced and she said

"You are definitely not a rebound. after prom queen and king are announced, you want to get out of here, we can go to your dorm or my place and cuddle and watch movies." Sebastian kissed Rachel's forehead and said

"I love that." Rachel stared into Sebastian's eyes and said

"Truth is I only said yes to Finn because I didn't think you liked me or wanted me at all." Sebastian stared at Rachel in shock and said

"Of course I wanted you." Sebastian whispered to Rachel

"I don't just let anyone sleep in my bed with me you know?" Rachel slightly blushed as she remembered all those times she slept in the same bed as Sebastian.

After it was announced that Rachel and Sebastian got prom queen and king thanks to Brittana and Puck. Rachel and Sebastian began a relationship.

When they got Sebastian's dorm, and changed into comfortable clothing, Rachel cuddled Sebastian and said

"This was the best prom for me, thank you and I love you too." Sebastian smiled widely and kissed Rachel passionately, and held her tight as they pulled apart to watch and sing along to West Side Story.
