76. Halloween proposal

Based on the photo above, since it's Halloween, I'm posting a Halloween one shot

Rachel and Sebastian are in their senior year. It's Halloween and The Warblers we're hosting their annual Halloween party. Sebastian and Rachel, were currently in Sebastian's dorm getting ready in their costumes. They decided to do a couples costume for the party, as it was Sebastian's idea because of the best costume competition, but Sebastian had a different plan entirely and all the warblers knew about his plan for Rachel.

Sebastian had finished putting on his captain America costume. He smiled at himself and admired himself in the mirror. As he did he heard

"That's America's ass." He turned around and saw Rachel, in her Peggy costume. He smiled at her, he thought she looked amazing, and he knew that tonight was the right time, he just hoped that she will say yes. Rachel walked over to Sebastian, placed her arms around his neck, kissed him and said

"You okay Sebby? You look like you have other things on your mind." As she said that, she hoped Sebastian wouldn't pick up on her secret, that's she's planning on telling him later tonight, the only person to know was her friend Noah 'Puck' Puckerman and she and Sebastian has both insisted that he be at the party tonight, as without the other knowing, Puck knew both of their secrets. Sebastian smiled at Rachel and said

"I'm good pretty girl, really good." Sebastian kissed her, took her hand and said

"We have a party to get to." Rachel agreed and let Sebastian lead her to the party. They walked to the warbler room where the party was being held, and instantly Thad offered her an alcoholic drink as he knew that his best friend would want to have the night to be remembered forever and Rachel said

"Sorry Thad, I'm not drinking tonight, as I'm driving Sebby and I home tonight." Which was partly true, Thad then walked away and Sebastian looked at her and said

"You being a good girl, does things to me Rach." Rachel blushed bright red, and Sebastian said

"I'll get us a drink, and it will be non-alcoholic. I promise." Sebastian, kissed Rachel's temple, and then walked over to the refreshment table, and saw Hunter and Puck standing there and Puck said

"You nervous?" Sebastian smiled, glanced over at Rachel and then picked up the soft drink cans and a plate of pizza and said

"No, I'm not Puckerman, and thank you for being here, it really does mean a lot to Rachel, and to me knowing that I do have your blessing too." Puck smiled at Sebastian, and Puck knew that Sebastian will be over joyed with Rachel's secret, Puck looked at him and said

"You make her happy, and I know you always will." Sebastian smiled widely and then walked over to Rachel and said when he wrapped his arms around her

"I didn't want to chance the fruit punch and I thought we could share." Rachel smiled, as she opened her can of lemonade and took some pizza to eat. As she drank some of her lemonade, Sebastian stood to go to the bathroom leaving Rachel on the chair in the warbler room. Rachel ever so sneakily placed her hand on her stomach, thinking what about what Sebastian might say.

She sat in silent, and finished her lemonade, when Sebastian came back leaned behind her and whispers

"You want to go somewhere private?" Rachel nodded her head, she stood up, and took Sebastian's hand, as he lead her to the stairwell where the dorms were. Thad smiled when he saw Sebastian lead Rachel out of the warbler room, as he knew that it was time, he gathered all the warblers and Puck, and have them in position when they walked back in. Sebastian pulled Rachel closer to him as they walked to the stairwell and said

"You know I will do anything for you Rachie, anything." Rachel smiled up at him and said

"I know, and I'll do anything for you too Sebby." As she said those words and as she looked at him, she knew that it was time to tell him about their baby. Rachel looked at him and said

"Sebby, I have to tell you something." Sebastian stopped on the stairwell leading to the dorms and looked at her sweetly and said

"Me first, please. It's important." Rachel nodded. Sebastian kissed her and said

"I love you so much Rachel. I really do. When we met, I was blown away by your beauty, and thought she's mine, I have to have her, and the first date I was more blown away by you, and after our second date, I gave you this ring." Sebastian put the necklace that was around Rachel's neck on show, Rachel smiled as she saw the french designed ring, and remembered when he gave it to her. Sebastian took her hand and continued

"I remember saying to you that night, that I would always love you unconditionally, no one compares to you. It's all true no one compares to you Rachel. You're my lovely Rachie. You're beautiful, talented, a voice of an angel." Rachel looked at him, and was about to cry, but soon gasped when Sebastian got on one knee. Sebastian pulled out a ring box, opened it to show her his warbler ring and said

"Will you make me the happiest warbler alive Rachel, will you marry me?" Rachel kissed him and said

"Yes I would love to Sebby. I really would." Sebastian took his ring out, placed it on her finger, stood up and kissed her passionately. He hugged her tight when they pulled away for air and said

"I love you Rachie." Rachel smiled widely and said

"I love you too." Sebastian slightly pulled away the hug, and rested his hand on her cheek and said

"I just realised that you had something to tell me. What did you have to tell me?" Rachel smiled at him, reached into her pocket, took out a scan and showed him with tears of happiness in her eyes and said

"I'm pregnant, and only Noah knew because he was helping me figure out how to tell you." Sebastian looked at the scan, and then kissed Rachel passionately and said

"I love you and our baby Rach." Rachel kissed him, and said

"I know, and we can tell everyone about it if you want." Sebastian smiled, then lead Rachel back to the warbler room, where they all congratulated them but kept the pregnancy a secret for now as they wanted to celebrate that news on their own.
