A/N: based on the friends scene where Ross and Rachel kiss for the first time.
Rachel tells Niff and Trent and Bas tells Thad, Blaine and Hunter.

Rachel was working late at the spotlight diner in New York, to get money for the rent where she was staying even if Trent, Nick and Jeff tell her that she doesn't need to. She had recently moved out of the loft because of a falling out she had with Kurt and Santana who wanted Adam and Brittany, and when she left the loft in tears with Blaine who helped her pack, she had bumped into Trent.

And when Rachel explained what had happened, Trent hugged her tightly, and welcomed her to stay with him, Nick and Jeff as long as she liked, which made Nick and Jeff convince her to stay forever. And what she didn't count on though, was that across the hall from them was Sebastian Smythe, Thad Harwood and Hunter Clarington. Rachel will admit that she has always found those three boys sexy, but Sebastian more so than anything, but he had been a shit to develop a full crush.

When Sebastian saw that Rachel had moved in across from him, Thad and Hunter, he was pleased, becasue he always had a crush on her, and to see her after all these years, brought joy to his heart, as he had always wanted to bump into her in New York. She was the reason he moved to New York. And to see her move in the apartment across from him, he felt like the world was finally on his side.

She was currently washing the last tables, thinking about Sebastian like always. It was a common thing for her. She would be working late, and think about him. Sometimes not so innocent either. Only Trent, Nick and Jeff knew about her crush on the former bad boy. She couldn't help herself.

As Rachel thought about him, the door opened and she said without turning around

"We are closed." As she said that she heard

"Come now Broadway I'm only here to take you home, you know it's not safe at night and it is raining, don't want you going home alone." She turned and saw Sebastian Smythe standing in the door way drenched. Rachel's heart melted when she saw him, and she then turned to continue washing the tables

Rachel prayed it wasn't one of her dreams, even then Jeff would have pinched her by now as a prank, and then get scolded by Nick for doing so. Rachel gave Sebastian a small smile as she cleaned the second to last table, and said

"Normally Trent, picks me up and takes me home because he doesn't trust this city at night and when he can't he gets Nick and Jeff to escort me home." Sebastian smiled and said

"Trent is meeting up with Anderson and Evans, and Niff is running late, so Nick messaged me to meet up with you, to escort." Rachel smiled, not really believing the story but believed it anyway because she got to spend time with him. Rachel finished cleaning, walked to the back and put everything away, hung up her apron, and then walked and said to Sebastian

"I'm ready now Seb." Sebastian smiled, held his arm out for her to take and then walked out. As they walked home, Sebastian stopped walking, looked into her eyes, put a strand of hair behind her ear, and said

"You're so beautiful Rachel." Rachel blushed which didn't go unnotice to Sebastian who wondered if the feelings weren't one sided. He decided to test the waters and kissed her. They continued to kiss in the pouring rain not caring who walked by them. They pulled apart, and then continued on their way.

Rachel walked into the apartment she shared with Trent, Nick and Jeff smiling widely as Sebastian walked into his. As she walked in, Nick noticed Rachel's wide smile and said

"Rach, if you smile any wider, it's going to hurt your face." Rachel took off her jacket, hung it up and said to Nick

"Sebastian kissed me." Nick was in shock and then smiled and said

"Rach, that's amazing." As he said that they heard

"What's amazing?" Rachel and Nick turned and saw Jeff walking out shirtless and Nick said

"Put a shirt on." Jeff blushed, walked into his room, and then walked out and said

"My bad, now what's amazing?" Rachel smiled at him and said

"Sebastian kissed me." Jeff smiled widely, and squealed

"Yay, this is amazing, Trent needs to hear this, we can not start this without him." Nick looked at Jeff and said

"I already messaged him, he's on his way." Nick then looked at Rachel and said

"Do we need tissues?" Rachel shook her head no and said

"No we don't." As Rachel smiled dreamily the door opened, with Trent walking in, and he said to Nick

"I got your text, what's the 911 apartment meeting. Nick, Jeff what did you do?" Nick and Jeff looked at him and said together

"Nothing." He then noticed Rachel's smile and she then said

"Sebastian kissed me." Trent smiled widely, took Rachel's hand and then walked over to the couch and sat down next to Nick and Jeff, and said

"oh my god, oh my god. oh my god." Rachel stood looked at Trent and said

"It was unbelievable." Nick smiled at Rachel and said

"Tell us everything, did it end well or not." Rachel smiled back at Nick and said

"It ended very well." Jeff looked excitedly at Rachel and said

"Tell us about the kiss, was it a soft brush against your lips or was it a I need you now kind of thing?" Rachel sighed contently as she remembered it and said

"At first it was intense, and then we sunk into it." Trent smiled and said

"Awe." Nick looked at Rachel and said

"Was he holding you, like his hands on your back." Rachel shook her head no and said

"Actually, they started on my waist, and then he slowly raised one of them up my side, caressed my cheek, and then both of them were in my hair." Trent, Nick and Jeff looked at Rachel sighed and said

"How romantic." Jeff smiled and said

"I always knew Sebastian was a hopeless romantic."

Mean while across the hall, Blaine, Thad and Hunter were eating pizza and playing video games when Sebastian was telling them how he kissed Rachel. Blaine, Hunter and Thad, turned and Sebastian said

"Then I kissed her." Thad took a bite of his pizza and said

"Tongue?" Sebastian smiled and said

"Yeah." Hunter, Thad and Blaine smirked and said

"Cool." Blaine looked at Sebastian and said

"to clarify Smytheberry is official right?" Sebastian put his pizza down, walked out of the apartment leaving the door open, and walked across the hall, and knocked. He smiled widely when Rachel answered, he pulled her out of her apartment leaving the door wide open and kissed her. Sebastian smiled at her and Rachel said

"So Smytheberry is official?" Sebastian smirked and said

"damn straight it is."
