115. Cheer her up

Rachel was on cloud nine, happy and in love with her boyfriend Finn, she walked into the choir room on Finn's arm, not listening to anything Finn was saying. She sat next to him, while he was talking, when Santana walked in and sat behind them with a smug look on her face, she turned to Finn and said

"Does she know yet?" Rachel was confused and said

"Know what exactly?" Finn looked at Rachel and said

"Nothing Rachel, just ignore her, she isn't worth it." Santana smirked at Finn and said

"That's not what you said last year, when we totally got it on in that hotel room." Rachel went wide eyed and looked at Finn, and said

"Tell me it isn't true, please tell me it isn't true." Finn stayed silent, and Santana continued

"It is, even last month too, you can ask Quinn all about it." Rachel was in shock at what Santana had said. Rachel couldn't believe that Finn would do something like that to her. Rachel stood up with tears in her eyes and said

"We're over Finn." Finn stood up and said

"Rachel you're being ridiculous." Rachel wiped away her tears and said

"No what's ridiculous is that you lied to me about it, and then you cheated on me too, and you lied to me then as well, making me believe that you loved me back, that someone like you could choose me, but I was wrong, because you will always choose her. Always choose a cheerleader, always choose Santana and Quinn over me. I'm always second best to them Finn. So I'm not being ridiculous, if I choose me, because someone has to." Rachel then runs out of the choir room with tears in her eyes, not caring if she gets in trouble for ditching glee or not.

Sebastian was at the mall with his 4 year old little sister Lily Rose. He was baby sitting her because his parents were working. Sebastian loved his sister and was very protective of her, as they walked out of the Disney store, Lily noticed her brother staring at a girl sitting on a bench. Lily tapped his leg and said

"Sebby?" Sebastian tore his eyes away from Rachel, kneeled in front of his sister and said

"What is it Lily, did we forget something from the Disney store?" Lily shook her head no and said

"Not that Sebby, who is that girl you are staring at, she's really pretty Sebby. She looks like a princess." Sebastian slightly blushed and said

"That girl is Rachel. And she is beautiful and looks a princess." Lily giggled at her brother's use of princess, and then said

"Well princess Rachel looks sad, and you should cheer her up just like you do for me when I'm sad, because you always say to me princesses should never be sad. They should only be happy, and Rachel is sad, she should be happy Sebby." Sebastian smiled at his little sister and said

"Using my own words against me Lily." Sebastian then stood up, held Lily's hand tight, and walked over to Rachel.

Rachel was still feeling numb and raw because what happened with Finn. Rachel became a little uncomfortable when she spots Sebastian and a little girl walking over to her, she didn't want to be rude and walk away as she wanted to be alone because of what happened and she didn't want to be laughed at by Sebastian and make the little girl confused as to why she walked away. Rachel wiped away her tears as Sebastian sat across from her with the little girl on his lap, took a breath deep and said

"Hello Sebastian." As she said that, Sebastian knew his sister was right, his Rachel seemed dull, and not all shining brightly like a gold star. Sebastian softly spoke

"You okay Rachel?" Rachel was expecting Sebastian to be rude or laughing at her sadness, and she sadly said

"I'm not okay." Lily smiled at her and said

"I'm Lily, I'm Sebby's little sister. When I'm sad and not feeling okay, Sebby takes me for ice cream, and to the park, because he always says that princesses should never be sad, they should only be happy. Maybe Sebby could take us all for ice cream and to the park." Sebastian was stunned at what Lily had said, and he then looked at Rachel and said

"Your welcome to join us Rachel, I don't want to force you into that." Rachel was surprised to see Sebastian care and she believes it's something to do with his sister. Rachel gave them a small smile and said

"Okay, I'll join you both." Rachel then stood up with Sebastian and Lily, and let them lead her to the ice cream parlour and the park.

When they reached the park Sebastian and Rachel sat close to the playground while Lily raced off to the swings. Rachel noticed Sebastian's soft features and the calmness he has about him, and the happiness about him. Rachel then softly spoke.

"You and Lily seem really close." Sebastian gave Rachel a smile and said

"Her and I are close, my parents always worked and travelled a lot, so I would always look after her, and before my sister was born, my mum had a miscarriage, and was going through a really rough pregnancy with Lily, and because of that I felt like I should be really protective of her."  Rachel was shocked at what Sebastian had said, and she said

"Well you are doing a good job of being a protective big brother." Sebastian smiled at her and then said

"Thanks, and what has you looking sad Broadway?" Rachel was unsure if she should say anything, but she decided too because he opened up her, Rachel sadly sighed and said

"I found out that Finn and Santana were romantically involved last year and he lied to me about it, and I also found out that he cheated on me with her last month." Sebastian was shocked at what she said, he placed his rubbish in the bin and then hugged Rachel.

Rachel was shocked at Sebastian hugging, but hugged him back, it was then Rachel realised that she's happy because of Sebastian, but won't ever admit it to him. Lily seeing them hug, got off the swing, raced over to them as they pulled apart the hug and said

"Sebby, do we think we could have that vegan pizza that you like for dinner please?" Sebastian looked at Lily and said

"Of course." Lily smiled at Rachel and said

"Are you happy yet?" Rachel was unsure of what to say, but she didn't want to disappoint her and said

"a little." Lily cheered and hugged Rachel, and said

"I know what will make you even happier princess Rachel." Rachel was curious about what more she could say, and said

"What?" Lily smirked and whispered so only Rachel could hear

"If you came over with Sebby and I for dinner, and Disney movies in a blanket and pillow fort. it will cheer you up more, I know Sebby will want you too, because he thinks you're pretty." Rachel was stunned at what Sebastian's sister had told her, and said

"I will."

Later while Rachel was watching a movie with Sebastian as Lily was fast asleep, Sebastian turned to her and asked

"Are you feeling better?" Rachel smiled, leans forward, kisses Sebastian and then says smiling

"More than better Sebby." Sebastian smiled widely and kissed her, and he swears his heart sang, because finally his Rachel was officially his, and he was never letting her go.
