63. Tell Me a Story

Sebastian had just walked inside his home from being at work when his 6 year old son wearing his flash pyjamas ran up to him and hugged him. Sebastian picked him up and said

"Shouldn't you be in bed Oliver." His looked at him with piercing green eyes and said

"Mum and I were waiting for you." Sebastian smiled and said

"I'm glad." Sebastian put him down and watched Oliver run to his room, as he walked over and kissed his wife deeply. As they pulled apart, Oliver came running out and said

"Daddy can you read me a story please?" Sebastian knelt down and said

"Of course." Sebastian then picked up Oliver and walked to his room, tucked him in, looked at his books and said

"Oliver we have read all your books." He turned and before Oliver could say anything, Sebastian said

"And your flash comics." Sebastian walked over, sat on his son's bed, kissed his forehead as Oliver said

"Then tell me a story." Sebastian smiled at him and said

"Promise me that you won't interrupt." Oliver nodded his head and said

"Promise." As Oliver rolled to his side to look at his dad, Sebastian begin speaking

"There was this boy, he just moved to town and was at a new school, everyone didn't know what to think of him, he could sing, dance and was really good at sports. He made a friend and everyone thought he was after his friend, and thought this boy had everything, he didn't not until he saw this girl. She was the most beautiful, breathtaking girl he had ever seen, but there was a problem, she was the enemy and she was in love with another and the boy was hurt seeing them together, but what the boy didn't know was, that the girl that had his heart was also love with him and she wanted out from the other boy. The boy tried everything to forget about her but he couldn't, he couldn't get her smile, her eyes, or the way she spoke, sang and danced out of his mind, it was like she was meant to be in his mind and heart, and meant to be his but when it came down to it, he couldn't hold his emotions in any longer, and almost hurt his friend worse than expected, but not only did the boy almost hurt his friend badly, he also hurt the girl he was in love with not knowing that he had freed her from the other boy. He regretted his actions especially towards the girl that had his heart, and the boy knew he lost all hope and chances to be with the girl, but that faithful night, the boy laid down on his bed thinking of the amazing, beautiful girl when he heard a knock on his door." Before he could continue Oliver said

"Who was at the door that night daddy?" Sebastian looked at Oliver and said

"Ollie I told you not to interrupt when I told you the story and you promised me that you wouldn't." Oliver pouted at Sebastian's words and said

"Sorry Daddy, it won't happen again." Sebastian chuckled and said

"It's okay Ollie" Before he could continue telling the story to his 6 year old son, both boys heard

"The girl that he was in love with was at the door that night, she was upset and had tears down her face." Sebastian and Oliver looked towards the door and saw Rachel. She walked in, sat on Oliver's bed next to Sebastian and continued

"The girl didn't know who to turn to, her heart was hurt, as the boy she thought she was in love with, hurt her more than the boy who thought he lost his chance, so the girl went to the boy she fell in love with, she knew of his past actions, but she didn't care, she knew somewhere inside of him was the boy she fell in love with. The boy opened his door, and saw the girl he was in love with upset, it broke his heart to see her like this, so broken and he didn't like it when she cried as it pained him even more. He wiped her tears away from her eyes, hugged her tight and told her everything will be alright. She didn't believe him, not after what he done to her and his friend, but she knew deep down that he was right, but she didn't tell him. That night the boy pulled the girl inside and tried cheering her up, later that she fell asleep in his arms, where she felt safe and happy, and by next morning she woke up with a smile on her face, as she saw the boy already staring at her, the girl knew that the boy she fell in love with was still in there, and he was the only one to cheer her up and made her believe in love again." Oliver looked at his parents and said

"What happened to the boy's friend?" Sebastian looked at Oliver and said

"He is happy, and in love with another boy." Oliver smiled and said

"What about the girl and the boy?" Rachel kissed her son's forehead and said

"The girl and the boy fell in love with each other, and got their happy ending." Oliver smiled, then yawned and fell asleep. Sebastian stood up, took Rachel's hand and walked out of their son's room. When Rachel closed the door, she said

"I knew you would tell him that story." Sebastian smirked at her and said

"What can I say, I got the girl that I fell in love with, I'm just pleased that you gave me a chance." Rachel smiled and said

"Yeah, but I will always give you a chance, you made me leave Finn who was cheating on me Seb." Sebastian pulled her close to him and said

"But seeing you cry did break my heart." Sebastian kissed her and said

"But at least I managed to get that chance from you, and managed to cheer you up."
