107. If You Were Mine

Sebastian and Rachel are best friends, and Sebastian hates that Rachel is with Finn,and hates how Finn treats Rachel, hates how Finn makes Rachel cry on a daily basis. For the longest time, Sebastian has harboured a big crush on Rachel, and he couldn't do anything about it because of Rachel being with Finn. But he knew that after the fight finchel had the night before it was over for good, which meant that he Sebastian Smythe could finally woo the girl of his dreams.

Make you pancakes.

Sebastian made it his mission to woo his best friend, and to cheer her up too. Having grown up with her, her dads gave him a key to their house, and knowing that Rachel would still be asleep, Sebastian walked to the kitchen, and started making Rachel her favourite chocolate flavoured pancakes that he knew she loved so much, especially when she was upset as he knew that Rachel would be very raw from the break up still.

Rachel slowly woke up to the smell of her favourite pancakes. She looked at the time and knew that her dads would be at work, she walked out of her room, and as she walked to the kitchen she saw Sebastian standing over the stove cooking, and she smiled at the sight. Sebastian turned and saw that Rachel was awake and saw her tear stained cheeks. He placed the pancakes in front of her and said

"They are your favourite, and I know how you love them, especially when you are upset." Rachel accepted the plate of pancakes and then proceeded to watch her favourite shows cuddled up to Sebastian like she always she did when she was sad.

Remind you how lovely you are.

Rachel was at the Lima bean watching Finn and Quinn together. It hurt her a lot, as she knew that her and Finn had just broken up. She sighed deeply as she looked away from them and then heard

"You don't need them Broadway." Rachel knew who that was, she looked at Sebastian and said

"How do you know?" Sebastian gave her a smile and said

"Because you're lovely, sweet and amazing. Which is everything she isn't, it's his loss. Not yours. You don't them Streisand, you're so much better than them." Rachel gave Sebastian a small smile as he continued to try and cheer her up.

Read you books.

Rachel was in Sebastian's dorm at dalton reading one of his many book as Sebastian walked in. He smirked at her, snatched his book the maze runner from her hands and started reading out loud

"Shouldn't someone give a pep talk or something?' Minho asked
"Go ahead," Newt replied.Minho nodded and faced the crowd and said
"Be careful." he said dryly.
"Don't die." Thomas would have laughed if he could, but he was too scared for it to come out.
"Great. We're all bloody inspired." Newt answered.

Rachel glared at him and said

"Give it back, I was reading that." Sebastian closed the book making her lose her spot, handed it back to and said

"Yeah I know." Sebastian smirked at her as he entered his bathroom and continued

"Have fun finding your page." Rachel glared at him even more as he entered the bathroom, leaving Rachel to restart the book.

Watch bad romantic comedies with you.

Sebastian loves Rachel a lot, but what he doesn't love is bad romantic comedies, he sighed deeply and said

"This is so horrible and cliche." Rachel looked over at Sebastian shocked and said

"What's horrible and cliche?" Sebastian points to the movie on the screen and says

"27 dresses. It's very cliche, you have the assistant who is love with her boss which is highly inappropriate and very predictable if you ask me, and then her perfect sister takes the guy from her and makes her plan the entire wedding, only to fall in love with the guy that irritates and annoys her so much." Sebastian looks at Rachel and said

"So horrible and cliche." Rachel was offended, and then threw a pillow at him. Sebastian then started tickling her while thinking the whole romantic comedies would be worth it in the long haul.

Make you mixtapes.

Rachel was at her locker when she saw a note inside that read

Made these for you,
Hope you love them,

Sebastian xx

Rachel smiled at the note, and then saw the mixtapes neatly stacked on top of each other.

Cuddle with you.

Rachel was having a bad day, as Santana kept tormenting her and quinn kept rubbing it in her face that Finn chose her. She walked into dalton to Sebastian's and just cried in his pillow. Sebastian walked out from his bathroom, and saw his dream girl upset. He walked over to his bed, and pulled Rachel into his arms cuddling her until he soft snores, which he smiled at as he held her close to him.

Save you from spiders.

Rachel was standing on a the couch in her living room, as she saw a spider. She hates spider with a passion, she is scared of them, while she was standing there looking around the ground from the spider, she heard

"Barbra, what are you doing?" Rachel looked towards the hallway to see Sebastian looking amused at her and she said

"It's not funny, but there's a spider, and you know I'm absolutely terrified of them Seb." Sebastian was trying not to laugh, as he picked up a magazine to kill the spider, he looked at Rachel and said

"Happy, the spider is dead now. I saved you from it." Rachel rolled her eyes as she knew he was joking and she said

"My hero."

Kiss you and Love you unconditionally.

Sebastian wanted Rachel to know that he loves her, that he loves her no matter what. Sebastian walked into McKinley, saw Rachel at her locker and walked over to her, as he did, he took her hand spun her around and kissed her, and to his surprise and delight Rachel had kissed him back. He picked her up holding her in his arms and when they pulled apart, Sebastian looked at her and said

"I love you, I always have, from the moment I saw you, if you let me I will continue to love you and only love you." Instead of answering him Rachel kissed, and then said

"I love you too."

Sebastian was grateful, and happy that his best friend finally loves him back, and he knew that he was never going to let her go.
