119. New Years Eve

Happy New Years Eve

It was New Years Eve and Sebastian had walked out of his apartment that he shared with his long time girlfriend Rachel, after an argument they had, because Sebastian had proposed to Rachel for the wrong reasons. He thought proposing to her would keep her safe. She, Blaine, Skylar, and Marley were the only ones know about his superspeed, and he was having bad dreams of Rachel Berry, his Rachel dying in his arms, and he thought proposing to her would keep her safe, would change the future and change the prospect of that happening, but he only made a mess of things.

Sebastian rushed into Blaine's apartment upset. Sebastian was angry with himself that he made a mess of things, made Rachel kick him out and made Rachel's perfect new year's eve a disaster. He sat on Blaine's couch watching singing in the rain hinking about his mess when Blaine walked out of his room. What Sebastian didn't know was Blaine too has powers. Noone knew of his powers, not even Rachel knew. He's always been tempted to use them on his friends, but he never has because he didn't want to be that guy, and he didn't want them to get killed in their mind state dream because if they die in whatever world they end up in, they die out in the real world, and Blaine didn't want to be the one to tell Rachel about it.

Blaine watched Sebastian watching his favourite musical singing in the rain. He lost count how many times he saw Sebastian watch the musical in their dorm from Dalton. As he watched him, he knew what he had to do. He didn't like what he was about to do, but he knew he needed too otherwise his two best friends won't mend their broken hearts.

Blaine walked up to Sebastian, tapped him on the shoulder and said

"Hey Seb, you doing okay, anything I can do that Gene Kelly can't?" Sebastian shook his head and said

"Nope there's nothing. I'm an idiot, I screwed up a lot and screwed Rachel's perfect New Years Eve." Blaine sighed and said

"What exactly happened?" Sebastian didn't want to talk about it. All he could think about is Rachel and the mess he made. Sebastian gave up and then turned to face Blaine. Blaine didn't give Sebastian any second chance to speak, when he said

"Nighty night flash." And made Sebastian go into dream state coma. Blaine had whammied Sebastian, he whammied the flash. He hated what he did, but he knew it had to be done. He knew he had to save Sebastian and Rachel, and their new years eve, and he also knew he had to save Marley and Skylar too, and whammied Marley who was supergirl. He hated himself for doing it. He hated it even more when he had to go to ring Rachel and Skylar over for them too to save them.

Sebastian had no idea where he was but when he looked around, he saw what looked like the Great Gatsby and he was part of it. Sebastian walked around and saw Rachel's sister and his brother's girlfriend Marley singing an Audrey Hepburn song. He was even more confused and more confused on how they got there and knew Blaine his best friend had some explaining to do.

Sebastian walked backstage to Marley and said

"Marley what are you doing here?" Marley was just relieved that she saw Sebastian and said

"Its actually you Sebastian. And did Blaine do this to you too?" Sebastian nodded his head and said

"Its really me. And yeah he did. I remember talking to him and then next thing I know he whammied me and I'm here." As he said that they heard

"Nice vocals. Always missed your singing voices you guys." Sebastian and Marley turned and saw Blaine and Marley said

"Blaine what the heck did you do to us and where are we, we should be home with our loved us getting ready for new years eve" Blaine couldn't tell them everything and said

"I whammied you guys, and we are in your mind which is filled with your love for musicals. And trust me, we could have literally been anywhere." Sebastian and Marley looked at each other and was worried and Blaine then said

"You have to follow the script to get out of here, and one more thing." Sebastian looked at Blaine and said

"Which is?" Blaine didn't know how to tell them but he knew he needed to and said

"You die in here, you die out there." Blaine then disappeared leaving Sebastian and Marley to on their own.

Blaine vanished, and was back in his apartment waiting for Rachel and Skylar to arrive. He was nervous because he didn't know what they would say. He walked over to the door to let them in and Rachel rushed over to Sebastian when she saw him and Blaine pointed to Marley in his dining room floor.

Rachel looked at Blaine said

"What did you do Blaine, get them out now." Blaine shook his head no and said

"I can't, only you and Skylar can."

Sebastian looked at Marley as they went to look for the club owner's daughter and prayed they didn't get caught up in the middle of anything and said

"You have a nice voice by the way. And Rachel would have been proud of you, what did my brother do anyway?" Marley sighed and said

"He lied to me. He always said that he never wanted Kitty. But then I found out that he did at one point. What about you what did my sister do?" Sebastian shook his head and said

"Not Rachel. Me. I proposed to Rachel." Marley was in awe and said

"And she said no?" Sebastian made a face and said

"I did so for the wrong reasons."

As he said that, they managed to find the daughter and convinced her to tell her dads everything, and in the middle of the war Sebastian and Marley were shot, and as they fell down they saw Rachel and Skylar. Sebastian looked at weakly and said

"I love you, I'm sorry I ruined everything and our new years eve." Rachel cried and said

"I love you too and i forgive." She kissed him one last time and Sebastian was immediately brought back.

Skylar kissed Marley after he apologised for lying.

Rachel and Skylar were happy that their loves returned to them. Sebastian then picked up Rachel and ran her back to their partner as Marley flew her and Skylar home.

Sebastian held Rachel close to him on their couch, as the clock was 10 seconds away from midnight, and then asked her

"Rachel i love you, will you marry me?" Rachel looked at him and she knew that this time was the right time. She kissed him as the clock striked 12 and said

"I love you too, and I will."

Sebastian put his ring back on Rachel's finger and knew he was starting the new year right.
