"Babe, what are you doing over there?", James asked his girlfriend as he walked back into the room with two cups of coffee and found her standing in front of the windows. "Oh wait, I understand. Well, this house is in the middle of the woods out of the city, meaning nobody is ever going to find us and we get to be together forever."

"How long did you plan this?", Amelia questioned, still not really able to believe what was happening. She sighed when she realized it didn't matter and actually sat down next to him on the bed. "Can you help me drink the coffee?"

"I would love to.", the brunette beamed at her, pecking her lips. "And to answer your question...I would say ever since you asked me to move here. So, about three months.", he replied softly. "It's amazing, isn't it? No people, no stress...just us. And I keep falling in love with you every day."

"Yeah. It is.", the neurosurgeon lied, figuring that was the answer he expected her to give. "Did you really think I would give up what we have for Hunt? That I wouldn't love you enough to just cheat on you?", she wanted to know after taking a sip of her coffee.

"Sweetie, I told you it's not your fault that he's into you. You are perfect and I never stopped knowing that.", her boyfriend informed her softly. "Here, have another sip. I'll make us another round when we'll actually eat breakfast."

"Thanks. Do you think I could take a shower maybe?", the brunette carefully begged, feeling very dirty and smelly. "Maybe later sometime?", she added slowly, scared of his reaction. She knew that if she was still in the glass cage, there was no chance he'd let her have one but since she had been faithful to him, she had some hope.

"I installed another chain at the bathtub. So, you get to take a bath with me in there washing you. Sounds great?", the trauma surgeon suggested, tapping her nose gently before he kissed it.

"Sounds perfect!", his girlfriend smiled a little, relieved that she didn't have to be all stinky. "What's for breakfast?", she wondered. Talking to him was the only social interaction she got, so she always tried to make sure their conversations wouldn't end.

"Eggs and toast with bacon, if you're in the mood for it?", James answered, leaving her a choice. His face lit up when she nodded in agreement. "Do you ever think about Logan?", he wanted to know curiously.

"Not really. Why would I? I am completely happy here with you.", Amelia responded quickly, afraid that any other reply would make him mad and decide to get rid of her son. "He's Logan, he'll be fine without us. You?"

"Same. Occasionally I do and miss him but generally, it's so relaxing without a kiddo around.", the brunette shared his point of view. "Although I have been wondering if you'd want to try for another child?"

"I...uh...I don't know if I can handle more than one, to be honest.", the neurosurgeon replied softly. "But maybe someday...", she shrugged. "I mean, I've been on the pill and now I am currently not, obviously..."

"Are you suggesting a baby-making session, love?", her boyfriend couldn't believe his ears and suddenly watched her grin at him as she cutely shrugged again. "I don't want to pressure you, though. So, let's just use a condom. Can't wait for later."

"Alright, here we are.", Owen told Logan when they arrived at his school. "Buddy, it's only until Friday and then summer break starts. I know you're not happy about being here, but I need to be sure you get a little distracted. When are you done today?"

"12pm.", the ten-year-old mumbled, mad that he hadn't been able to talk the redhead into letting him stay home. He was staring out of the window with crossed arms. The trauma surgeon knew that he wasn't actually pissed at him but at the situation.

"I'm going to pick you up and we can have lunch anywhere you want. Deal?", he asked the boy who nodded before he threw himself into his arms. "I'll also call the police and ask them if they have any updates on your mom.", he promised. "Bye, buddy.", he said once the child got out of the car. Then, he started driving back home and met Meredith and Derek at their house.

"Owen!", the brunette let him in. "I just called the cops. Nothing...", he informed the redhead, who sighed as he took off his jacket.

"I did too, and they gave me the same answer. But the more often I hear it the more depressing it gets.", Owen replied. "Cristina?", he noticed his ex-wife in the kitchen with her best friend and Maggie. "What are you doing here?"

"She's going to try to help. We need as many people as possible. Alex, Jo, April, Jackson, Arizona and Callie are working and making sure he doesn't walk into the hospital unnoticed.", the blonde answered softly. "Sit down, take a breath, Owen. You're suddenly taking care of a kid, that can be overwhelming."

"Logan's such an angel. He doesn't deserve this.", Maggie said sadly. Cristina sat down on the couch next to her ex-husband and stroked his back but noticed how he wasn't able to relax like he used to do when she did that.

"I so badly wish that Amy would have listened to me...to us...for once! But she felt trapped and whenever this is the case, she gets so defensive. Now she might be dead!", Derek lost his temper, hitting the table.

"Derek, she's Amelia.", Meredith reminded him, gently taking his hand in hers. "She's so strong! If someone is able to find a way out of such a situation, it's her.", she figured, hoping so much that she was right.

"Okay, if the police cannot find her, it's time that we get whatever information there is.", Cristina, always the rational thinker, started making a plan. "Any small hint could be the key. What do we know about James? And about them as a couple?", she asked, grabbing some paper and a pencil from the kids' drawing table to make a list.
