"Honey, are you awake?", Owen whispered at 1am in the morning. He had been horny ever since their game and really wanted to have sex with his girlfriend, even if it meant breaking Dr. Brato's rules.
"Yeah.", Amelia replied sleepily. She had been falling asleep but was still awake enough to respond. Teddy was sleeping in between them again, to make sure the couple wouldn't do anything forbidden. "What's up?"
"Do you want sex?", the redhead asked, causing her to open her eyes. "Just check if Teddy is really asleep, so we can sneak into the bathroom together.", he told her, awaiting another reply. "Not like this, you're gonna wake her!", he warned when he watched the brunette poke their friend's nose.
"Nah, she's out like a light. Let's go!", the neurosurgeon excitedly requested, so they carefully climbed out of bed to walk into the bathroom and lock the door behind them. "Finally. Quick and rough or long and sweet?"
"We don't have much time and I really have to have you.", her boyfriend informed her hornily and pulled down his boxers. "Come here!", he said, holding out his hand for her to take as he sat down on the toilet seat.
"At least take this off, too.", Amelia demanded, taking care of his shirt to throw it on the floor next to them. The trauma surgeon was just going to do the same with hers when they heard someone knock.
"Put back on your clothes and get back into bed, before I use the key and pull you out there myself!", Teddy angrily gave them an ultimatum. A minute later, they opened the door to guiltily look at her. "Imagine poking somebody's nose to check if they're awake or not.", she sarcastically chuckled. "You are acting like annoying teenagers."

"I am still mad at you, okay?!", the blonde let her friends know in the morning when Owen was preparing lunch, starting with dessert, and Amelia was playing with Leo on the carpet. The cardio surgeon wasn't feeling too well and therefore resting on the couch.
"Yeah, fine.", the brunette shrugged. "I am mad at you too for not letting me have you know what.", she answered and pouted. "Okay love, let mommy get the laundry.", she addressed the baby and left the room, causing the boy to cry.
"Mommy will be right back, sweetie.", Teddy informed Leo, who was innocently searching for his mama with his eyes. Once she came back, his face lit up and he sat down next to her and the basket to watch her fold the clothes on the table.
"You're such a cute kiddo, you know that?", Amelia said to her son as he started grabbing some of the clothes at a time and handed them to her to continue folding them. Her friend took some pictures of the sweet sight. "Awww, thank you!"
"Dr. Brato is here.", Owen announced when he had opened the door for the therapist, who happily greeted her client, her friend, and the small child. The view was a really cute one. "I'll watch him.", he told his girlfriend, while Teddy excused herself to take a relaxing bath.
"Perfect.", the neurosurgeon smiled at him. "Let's go to the bedroom today.", she told the other brunette and kissed Leo's cheek multiple times. "See you later sweetheart, mommy loves you!", she beamed, kissing his forehead one last time before she grabbed the basket with the folded laundry and left the room, causing the boy to cry again.
"So, there's still a lot of stuff you will have to talk to me about.", the therapist announced softly, having taken a seat in the armchair in the bedroom while her client was sitting on the bed. "Do you want to calm him down first?", she offered, noticing how Amelia was looking at the door, hearing her son still cry on the other side of it.
"No, he's going to forget about me like he did when I was gone.", the brunette figured and shrugged as she turned back to the other woman, who was a little confused by the answer she had gotten.
"And you're holding him accountable for that? Your one-year-old child?", Dr. Brato wondered, writing down some new notes, awaiting a reply from her client, who was pursing her lips as she glanced at the ceiling before she faced her again.
"No, I'm not.", Amelia pointed out, matter-of-factly. She didn't continue speaking after giving the answer and sighed in relief when her son couldn't be heard anymore.
"Are you sure? Because what you've said just now sounded pretty accusive towards Leo.", the brunette shared what she had observed. "So, are you really sure that you don't have any problem with that anymore? I keep wondering if there are some anger issues of yours that we have to address."
"I don't have anger issues. We are talking about my one-year-old child.", her counterpart defended herself. "Just...thinking about him forgetting me, pisses me off.", she let her know and shrugged again.
"Which basically means that you're angry.", the therapist stated. "But you are aware of the fact that he didn't mean to, right? He probably wouldn't have if he had been as old as Layla was back then."
"Don't you think I know that?", the brunette questioned firmly. "Don't you think I would like to stop being mad at him for that? I know he's only one year old and...hearing him cry like that for me isn't only painful, it's also somewhat great. But what kills me is that I don't even know when he started to forget me...if he even missed me...if I actually ever was his mother figure before or just became that once I was back. Because Teddy has been his mother for a whole year while I have been his mom for maybe two or three months now...if even. So, coming back to my baby not knowing me was the most painful thing of everything I've ever been through."
"Okay. So, you are kind of blaming him for hurting you. For hurting you too when he should be a person that makes you feel good. Even if you don't mean to.", Dr. Brato concluded.
"Maybe. And I know it's wrong.", her client started sniffling, her voice breaking. "I hate myself for it. But I love him so much, you know? I just...I love him so much and I am in a lot of pain, whenever I think about that situation.", she explained. Her counterpart was just about to respond when they heard a loud bang and then Leo's screams, causing Amelia to jump off the bed and run into the kitchen. "What the hell happened?", she yelled, ripping her sobbing son out of her boyfriend's arms, accessing the bump on his forehead.
"I...I didn't watch him for half a minute to put the dessert into the fridge. He had climbed up Layla's chair as he always does and he must have lost his balance.", Owen answered, his voice shaking with fear and guilt.
"You said you would watch him!", his girlfriend shouted, holding her crying baby close to her chest as he clung to her. "You don't leave him out of your sight, especially not for fucking dessert!", she scolded the redhead angrily. "Is there anything you can do right?!", she asked, before she stormed out of the kitchen with Leo in her arms to continue her session. "It's okay baby boy, mama is here.", she promised him, calming him down in her arms.
"Wow...that was very harsh and really mean.", the brunette commented on what she had seen and heard. "So, no anger issues, huh?", she ironically wanted to know. "He was already feeling bad, why would you make it worse? Also, have you never accidentally forgotten to look after your kids 24/7?", she wondered, noticing guilt take over Amelia's face. "Maybe you should apologize to him once the session is over. He keeps supporting you through everything and that is how you thank him?"
