"Mamaaa!", Lucas yelled, signaling his parents that he was wide awake and ready for the day. "Mamaaaa!", he shouted again, not aware of the fact that they had a baby phone through which they were able to hear their son loud and clear.

"I'm gonna get him, are you getting his morning milk ready?", Owen asked his wife, who nodded. The twins loved drinking a bottle of milk in the mornings when there was enough time for them to do so, so the brunette grabbed Lucas' bottle from their mini fridge and pre-heated it a little bit for him.

"Good morning, Honey!", Amelia beamed at her happy looking son as she handed her husband the milk while he got comfortable under the blanket together with the one-year-old. "Leo, come snuggle with me for a bit longer.", she told her other little boy, who excitedly climbed into her arms.

"Miwk!", his brother informed everyone about the fact that he was currently enjoying his favorite drink before he went back to emptying the whole bottle. "Ike (like)!", he added a minute later, resting his back against his father's stomach and chest.

"I know, Sweetie.", the redhead chuckled and kissed his head. "Let's see when your sister wakes up, so she can have her bottle as well.", he said. "Babe, how about pancakes for breakfast? Leo, what do you say?"

"YES!", the mini blonde yelled and nodded eagerly, leaning his head back to glance up at his mama and make her agree too. "Mama, say yes! Please!", he encouraged her and giggled, when she leaned down to kiss his nose.

"Of course.", the neurosurgeon smiled at her child before she winked at her husband. "Maybe you can add in some chocolate sprinkles.", she suggested, causing Leo's eyes to widen in happiness.

"Best morning ever!", the four-year-old shared his opinion and clapped his hands. "Can I go play downstairs?", he begged, suddenly bored of still being in bed even if it was another one than the one he had woken up in.

"Change into your home-clothes first.", his mother told him. "And then I'll meet you downstairs.", she made a plan and watched the toddler excitedly leave the bed to finally start the day with some action.

"Any wishes for dinner today? I mean, we can't get Logan and cook, so I figured we could either get takeout or go somewhere and have dinner there.", Owen asked. There were a lot of options, so he figured his wife could choose one of them.

"With the twins I'd rather get takeout.", Amelia announced. "Maybe Chinese? We haven't had that in ages and the three older kids love it. So do you. The babies like almost everything, so I think we could try having it with them around."

"Yeah, sounds amazing.", the trauma surgeon agreed with a nod. "I'll change Lukie and take him downstairs with me to get started on breakfast. Luna will probably wake up soon and Layla is most likely already up and playing in her room."

"Great, I'll spend some time with Leo then until his sisters are actually noticeable alive.", his wife decided and leaned over to kiss both their cheeks before she got up. "Ellie, my love, come with me. It's time for breakfast.", she called the dog and let her run downstairs.

"LOGAN!", Layla screamed as soon as she noticed her brother coming from his gate. They were waiting at the luggage station and their father had already grabbed the boy's stuff. "You are finally back! Felt like years!", she dramatically informed him and hugged him tightly.

"I've missed you too, Layls.", the thirteen-year-old giggled as he held his crazy sister close to him. "But it's been two days.", he laughed. "Heya!", he grinned at his other siblings and parents and embraced everyone.

"You look so grown!", the neurosurgeon told her son as she kissed his head multiple times. "You need to tell us everything!", she let him know and finally let go of Logan, who was grinning from ear to ear.

"No wonder Layla is acting like that, you're just as dramatic.", the young brunette chuckled and shook his head as he let Leo grab his hand before they walked out of the airport and over to their car. "What's for dinner?"

"My glutton is back, thank God.", Owen said, making everyone laugh. "We're getting Chinese takeout. But first, I have to buckle up this little lady.", he smiled at Luna, who giggled as she touched her father's cheeks.

"I'll sit next to Logan!", Layla announced, although she always did because she was sharing the backrow with him and Leo, and the oldest Hunt was sitting in the middle considering the two children's seats couldn't be positioned next to each other.

"Okay, so on Friday, Uncle Derek and Aunty Mer had everyone over for dinner as I already told you through the phone. But it was still great, and I loved that they had even invited Grandma Evelyn, although they aren't related to her.", Logan began. "And on Saturday we played a lot and watched a movie before I went to Atlas' house after lunch, where my friends were throwing me a little surprise party. They all left around 10 and I got to sleep over. And this morning, Aunty Maggie picked me up since Uncle Derek had an emergency surgery and this afternoon, I said goodbye to everybody and now I am back."

"Sounds like you've had a wonderful weekend, Honey.", Amelia concluded. She and Owen would ask the boy more detailed questions before he went to bed later. "Now that I know how responsible you are, I think we can do this more often.", she promised because she knew how much Logan missed Atlas.
