"Too many kids.", Amelia complained, when the adults were still sitting at the table they had had dinner at a few minutes ago, and watched the children play crazily. "Leo!", she exclaimed after seeing her son throw two blocks at Eleanor, who was in the middle of it all since she loved kids so much. "That's an absolute no-go!", she scolded the boy after getting up to walk towards him.

"Huh? I just wanted to include her, Mama.", the toddler explained, not really understanding why his mother was angry at him all of a sudden. "She wanted to play too.", he added and held up his hands to support his point.

"No. You know better than to throw things at others and that includes the dog. She has feelings as well and just because she is okay with a lot of things, doesn't mean it's alright to overstep.", the brunette answered strictly, drawing the line at her children hurting the husky. "Sit down over there and think about what you've done wrong for five minutes in time-out.", she ordered.

"But that's unfair!", the four-year-old whined and crossed his arms in front of his chest as he stomped his foot and gave her a disapproving glance, but quickly stopped once he could hear his father's voice coming from the table.

"Wanna make it ten?", Owen threatened, supporting his wife. "We don't throw stuff at anyone or anything.", he repeated her words to make sure Leo understood that nobody allowed that kind of behavior.

"I think we should start setting up the movie soonish.", Derek pointed out, also realizing that the children were getting crazier by the second. "Which one did they want to watch again?"

"Inside Out.", Addison answered. "I thought they didn't like each other?", she brought everyone's attention back to Leo, who was now being joined by Lucas. The baby looked really cute as he stumbled towards his brother with his pacifier in his mouth and sat down next to him, so he wouldn't be lonely.

"Not really.", the trauma surgeon replied, very surprised by how the toddler started hugging his younger brother. "Amelia, we need a picture. This might be a one-time-thing.", he told his wife, who handed Jake her phone since he had the best seat to take a good photo of the boys.

"Time-out was worth it.", his wife commented on the sight. "Let's let them hug for a little while longer and then we can set everything up. Mer, you wanted to help Owen by bringing Luna to bed, right?", she questioned.

"Yep. It's a little unfair to have one of us put down two babies when five adults stay downstairs.", the blonde chuckled. "Kids, it's time for the movie.", she announced two minutes later once her friends had decided it was time to end the play-party.

"Yay! Can we have snacks, Auntie Amy?", Bailey asked his aunt with huge, excited eyes as he took a seat next to Logan, who was also sitting next to Henry. He was hoping for some popcorn.

"I wanna sit with daddy.", Leo informed everyone, especially his mother, having learned this trick from his little brother and older sister. The parent they were currently mad at would get the 'least-favorite'-treatment whenever necessary and hopefully, there weren't any punishments anymore.

"You can sit with your dad.", the female neurosurgeon responded, trying to sound unfaced, but she was a little pissed since her husband had been on her side, so it didn't make sense that the mini blonde was only mad at her. "And yes Bailey, there are going to be snacks. Derek, can you set up the movie, so I can start preparing them?"

"Sure thing.", her brother said, sympathizing with his sister. Leo was an extremely sweet kid but could also be such a devil if he wanted to. Addison followed her best friend to help her get the snacks.

"Does everybody have a seat?", Jake wondered. They had even put the coffee table somewhere else, so some of the children could get comfortable on top of a few blankets and pillows on the floor in front of the couch.

"Yes!", the kids replied, ready to start watching. "Daddy, can we sit down here?", Leo wanted to know from his father, who threw his wife a confused glance, not quite sure why the four-year-old wasn't bitchy towards him after being punished earlier.

"Sure.", Owen shrugged and let the toddler climb into his lap. Ellis was sitting in between Meredith and Derek. Zola was next to Layla, who was getting comfortable in Jake's lap and Eleanor wanted cuddles from Addison, so Amelia sat down with the older boys.

"Mom, can we please play pool downstairs before we have to go to bed.", Logan begged his mother once the movie was over and it was time for the smaller children to go to bed. Amelia just looked at her friends.

"Zola yes, Bailey no.", Derek decided for his own kids since his boy was too young to stay up for longer than 10pm and it was already 9:30pm. "One hour.", he told his daughter, who tightly hugged him.

"Thank you, Daddy!", the girl beamed at her father and then, Logan and she looked at Henry, who was still waiting for his parents' answer. Since Addison and Jake wanted to stay for a little longer anyway, they figured it was fine.

"You heard him, one more hour.", the redheaded woman told her son and watched the three kids run downstairs. Confused, she looked at Layla who she had thought would want to join them but wasn't upset at all.

"Let's go get ready for bed then.", Owen suggested, also confused by Layla not complaining but when he looked at her, he could see how tired she was. Probably because Zola and her had talked until the middle of the night yesterday and today had been packed.
