Lets talk puppy fat

Dear Alex,

I have issues in a wide range of subjects, (guys: as i go to a single gender school,social situations, shyness, confidence) the main one that would probably help me overcome the others is my weight. I'm not huge or anything, I'm thirteen and I've never lost my puppy fat, I thought it would disappear after 'women's stuff' but it hasn't :c.

I've tried exercising and a healthy diet but it's just not working, after the first few weeks without results I always decide to give up.

I really need some help:(.

   Well hun let me just say "puppy fat" isn't anything to worry about! If you see me...Well...lets just get this clear I don't have puppy fat I have the real fat. lmao Well lets see, that "fat" that you might have, could be healthy and no you don't want to be skin and bones at thirteen. If exercising and a healthy diet isn't working try something new like cardio workouts. May I suggest zumba? Or Insanity if you really want to get fit. Try a strict workout schedule, get active. But honestly you shouldn't be worrying about weight! Heck I didn't even worry about weight when I was your age! After my "Woman stuff" I got bigger, not smaller so that puppy fat you see may not even be puppy fat just your skin. You need meat on your bones too honey. Remember even if you are big, big is beautiful! Weight shouldn't make you any less confident then you should be. Embrace those flaws of yours! (:
