Hi Alex!!
I need your help. There's this guy I met at camp. He's definitely a potential love interest . . . but anyway, I spent a month with him, volunteering at this camp for a month. We had the same job so I saw him a lottt. On the last day of camp, I hugged him goodbye, and then a few minutes later, I hugged him again, and he told me he really wanted to get to know me. He told me we could talk over Facebook. It just frustrated me that after a month together, he says this. I wanted to get to know him all month. I'd try talking to him, but he'd never look me in the eye. I'd go and stand next to him and he'd walk away. He never talked to me or touched me as much as he talked to and touched the other girls. If I hadn't hugged him a second time on the LAST day of camp, I wouldn't have even known he wanted to get to know me!! Well, it's been a week, and he still hasn't messaged me on Facebook. We talked once, but it was light conversation. Sooo . . . can you help me and tell me what's up with him?? thanks, Confused and Frustrated

Well, I can honestly say that he probably was shy if it took him that long to say anything.. if not that then he just wasn't interested in you in awhile.. see the thing is.. some guys they tend to distance themselves because they don't know what to say or how to act. They can be complete idiots :P But it's good that you hugged him twice so then he knew you were potentially there for him to get to know. Why not try to message him? He could be busy too. If he doesn't start getting to know you after you have messaged him and hasn't answered for awhile then this guy isn't worth any more of your time. Alex
