Hey Alex...

I'm in need of some advice... Okay so one of my really good guy friends, Ryan, has liked me since about march, but I was never sure if I liked him back or if I was ready for another relationship. Now, I am sure that I like him, but I'm not sure if he still likes me and he is unsure of whether or not he wants to be in a relationship.

As if that wasn't complicated enough, one of my other good guy friends, Monroe, (who is friends with Ryan) admitted today that he has had a crush on me since about January. I've never thought of him as anything other than a really good friend, so this came as a shock for me, but i could definitely see us being together if I was able to develop feelings for him.

What do I do and how do I decide between the two??

Thanks. :)

Dear caught in the middle,

Well I don't even know if the first guy will work out. You both seemed to develop feelings at different times and that's sometimes tough to grasp but if you didn't like each other at the same time then maybe you shouldn't be together.

This second guy... well I say that you should go for it if you feel comfortable with it. But don't try to force feelings that aren't there because that never works out. It should be natural. Try and see if you can develop feelings first before doing anything else. I would recommend spending more intimate moments, like going out on dates as just two people. Because then if you do develop feelings after then you guys can be together but if you don't, might as well just tell him that your just good as friends.

But whatever you decide to do, I'll support it :)

I hope this helped,

Alex
