The Girl.

First Day at School.

Manuel couldn't stand the fact that Fiona was slipping away from him because of Adriana, had to find a way getting closer to her to convince her about what exactly happened between him and Adriana , earlier he'd gone   to father Rivas to ask if he could find a job around Fiona's home area , the priest promised him to find one if possible , that evening he called him , told him to go talk to Doctor Tatiana ,Tatiana had found a job for him at the university.

"How have you been Manuel ?" Tatiana welcomed him in as he showed up at  her office .

"I'm desperate doctor ."

"Seems you really love this girl," she understood what he was talking about

"I do ,i don't know what I can do without her ,anyway, father Rivas had told me that you have something for me ."

"Yeah , I manage to talk to my contacts at San Pedro university and I was told that they're in need of someone who can be in a monitor room 24/7 ."

"So I have a job ."

"You will have to go for an interview first and if you pass ,you will be around Fiona as much as you want ."

"Thank you doctor," an excited Manuel applauded .

"Remember to behave ." She laughed .

"I will doctor ." Manuel stepped out of her office to go and get the job as a security guard at San Pedro university.

At San Pedro university ,among the fifteen students that were admitted , were divided in to three groups of five to tour around the university and each group was assigned a professor to show them how it all happened in different classes, after they were to switch to other professors .

Professor Fuentes who was also a psychiatrist at the university was the first one to receive Fiona's group of Santiago , Victor , Natalia and Roman , he took them around the chemistry laboratory , asked them to do their best in chemistry because chemistry was an essential in becoming a doctor , from the chemistry laboratory ,he handed the students to another professor called Sylvia Lazano ,a gynecologist at a  hospital close to the university , she was pleased with the girls in the group who had decided to study medicine , women in medicine were the least around the country,  took the group around other different classes from where they were to have their theoretical lessons , as she was talking to them ,someone's cellphone rang.

"And another thing you should all know is that ,when having classes or when in an operating theater , remember to switch off your phones ." she glared at Fiona .

Fiona looked at her phone ringing , saw it was doctor Tatiana calling ,she hanged up and had her eyes back at the professor who kept on talking and looking at her , Professor Sylvia continued introducing to them different books they'd to buy to ease their studying ,told them to always be connected to the internet for their research , still explaining , Hurianah sneaked in and joined them , Sylvia saw her joining but she never asked where she was and why she joined late , she knew she was the Dean's daughter and that was none of her business , her concern was to do her job , still explaining to them everything around , Fiona's phone rang again ,this time around Fiona stepped a few meters back behind others to answer the call .

"Doctor Tatiana ,i can not answer this phone now am in a middle of class." she whispered and before she could hang up .

"Excuse me Ms , I guess I made myself clear when I asked you all to switch off your phones , if you don't mind, you can step out and answer your phone but please do not disturb us ." Prof Sylvia warned .

"I'm sorry professor," she apologized and hanged up the phone as other students looked at her .

"I hope it doesn't happen again even in other classes ."
