The Girl.

Stalked .

Fiona had to leave her two sisters in the river to keep practicing by themselves , getting out of water ,dried herself up and asked her parents that she was to take a walk around the place as they kept waiting .

"Is it okay if I can come with you ?" Manuel asked .

"Its okay ,I have no problem with that , besides it might get boring ."

"Make sure you don't take too long you two." Miguel spoke up . "By noon we have to go back home ."

"We won't take long Mr Miguel ." Manuel assure him.

Manuel and Fiona walked through the sand ,continued through the grassy rocks , telling Manuel about how she was doing well with her siblings , he was happy for her now that she'd a family ,people who care about her ,sisters she had to take care of you .

"But don't you miss the jungle?" he asked .

"Sometimes I do , I miss the silence , birds twittering , the dense vegetation covered with trees , the impenetrable jungle lining along the rivers where you can sit for longer hours without anyone noticing you , it's quite unruly there, the only law perceived there is survival for the fittest , I miss the raw fruits but here in the city it's noisy ,everyone seem so busy doing something ,going somewhere ,you can't even strike up a conversation with any ,the people are diverse ,they all have interesting backgrounds and you can sit the whole day and enjoy how their lives have been ,entertainment comes in a lot of form here , there are clubs everywhere , galleries , restaurants , parks , stadiums blur blur , but I love the skyline , and am sure I will love it here Manuel ."

"Am sure you will from the way I see how you've quickly integrated with your family and with your friends at the university."

"By the way, talking about families , you once told me you had a godfather ."

"Oh my godfather , I can tell you more about him if you let me be your boyfriend again and give a me kiss ."

"You cheater ."

"Please, just one kiss ."

"Okay ." She let him kiss her.

"One more ."

"No sir , we have to go back , my mother is waiting , we have to go back home Manuel," she insisted . " Let's go ."

"All right , whatever you say girlfriend ."

"Huh yeah right girlfriend , let's get going , they're waiting ."

The two got back to the rest who were already waiting for them , Monica asked them what took them so long , Fiona told her not to worry and that they'd to get going , headed back to the bus station and within two minutes , the bus that was to take them back arrived , they got on board and headed back to Bogota ,passing nearby the mortuary of San Pedro hospital , Fiona asked the driver to stop the bus , her mother asked her why she was asking the bus driver to stop the bus yet they hadn't reached home.

"It's okay mom, I need to talk to a certain doctor about what we're studying , you guys can go home , I will join you later when am done ." She replied .

"All right as you wish girl ."

"Take care Fiona , I will take them home ." Manuel waved as she got off the bus .

"See you soon," she got off .

She first went to a restroom and as she was coming out of the restroom , saw colonel Baragan and a lieutenant coming out of the mortuary room , she got shock struck ,went and hid behind one of the entrance doors , Colonel Baragan and his lieutenant Rios went through the exit door without seeing her , Fiona ran fast inside the mortuary room and found doctor Fuentes there .
