Coming back from work on that evening , Alfonso again found Victor in his living room playing a computer game with his daughter . when Victor saw him coming in , he welcomed him back ,told him he had been giving her daughter company and now that he was back ,he had to leave , Alfonso asked him to stay , he had brought with him a pizza which was enough for the three of them .

"Doctor I don't think that would be a great idea , that pizza is for the two of you , I wouldn't like to be a third wheel ."

"Don't worry about it , Huria doesn't eat that much , this pizza is enough for five ,now we are only three , just stay firm on that couch ,continue playing with her , I will go get the plates ."

The doctor was so insisting , Victor had no choice but to stay , Huria asked him to find an immediate excuse and run away from her dad , to her ,her dad was to bore them ,he might poke in their business ,he might find out that they're not just friends but they're dating .

"I don't have any excuses to tell him ."

"Think ." She insisted .

When Alfonso came back and handed each one of them a plate with a piece of a pizza and a glass of soda ,Huria who realized that Victor couldn't find an excuse to get away from her father ,told her father that the two were not to stay for long, they were to go for a movie ,Alfonso asked them to stay , suggested that the three could watch a movie from inside the house .

Victor didn't buy the idea and so he came up with a story , a story that Huria didn't even expect from him , a story that Huria never knew about ,a story about Victor's cousin .

"Doctor I was thinking , lately I've realized you're going through a lot because of the departure of your wife Connie , Huria is also finding it hard to catch up with life (Huria nodded her head ) ,but this is no surprise to me , I've ever seen something like that before ,it was my cousin , she had a husband who fell in love with a much younger girl but this girl was a friend of hers , the man left the house and began living with her friend ,now my cousin is living alone in her house ,the house where we were recently with Huria and other classmates , so am thinking , how about I become a match maker between you and my cousin !, both of you are single and you've been through a similar incidence ,this could be a way to move on ."

"Victor , we're not going to talk about that , I think it's better you two go out for a movie , I will be okay here alone ." He felt uncomfortable with Victor's conversation .

The two immediately carried their pizza pieces with them off from the plates and went out inside Victor's truck laughing ,Huria asked him how he can up with that absurd idea , Victor asked her not to call it an absurd idea, it helped them after all , he intended to make Alfonso uncomfortable , Huria praised him for being brilliant .

"But I feel sorry for your dad, he seems so lonely and now her daughter is coming up with excuses to run away from him just because he's boring , I know this could be an adult thing but I think it's better when you're there for him ."

"I know , I also feel bad that he's lonely but I have a life too ."

"Okay , let's go for a movie." He started his truck and headed to the cinema .

At around 7pm , the two were back, they took sometime outside Huria's house talking from inside the truck , Victor continued gazing at her , told her that he never thought he would ever be close to a girl he adored right at the first sight when he was with Fiona on their day of the interview , Huria smiled then Victor surprised her with a kiss on her lips , she kissed him back .

"I didn't know the mother of my future children is such a good kisser , if I had known , we should have kissed right from the cinema hall ."

"Don't be ridiculous , we kissed when we were at your ranch , don't you remember ?"
