Baragan

Inside the prison .Baragan was having a conversation with his roommate , when Baragan told him how desperate he wanted to talk to his daughter whom her mother was stopping her from seeing him , his roommate told him about a well known public defendant who has never lost a case . Baragan asked him why he never asked him for help to get out , his roommate told him he had no interest of leaving prison , he liked it inside .

"I see ." He sighed . "Well you may not like it outside but I do . I need to be around my daughter ,how can you help me get in touch with this lawyer ?"

"You can ask the warden, everyone here knows the attorney ,just ask the warden to get you in touch with attorney Juan, am sure he can not refuse to help you with that simple task , it won't be like you're asking him to escape but remember one thing , the attorney is not that cheap ,he's really a very expensive guy , you will give up on your own on hearing how much he charges ."

"Thanks man . I will try to get in touch with the warden and with this attorney , and don't worry about the expenses , despite what my wife has taken from me , i still have a lot of money ."

In three days . Baragan was informed that there was an attorney who wanted to see him , he didn't even wait to fully button up his shirt , he rushed to the visitors' room , he had waited for this opportunity for the past three days , the attorney smiled when he saw him coming in in a hurry with a guard .

"Calm down Baragan . I guess you've heard good things about me that are making you rush to me like am Jesus who is going to die for your sins ,but trust me ,ain't no Jesus . I make deals ."

"I was told you're the best, you can do anything to get me out of this hell."

"You got the right information about me , of the ninety nine cases I've dealt with so far . I've only lost one which isn't bad a curriculum vitae at all on my side . I can easily get you out of here on a bail ,note that ." He emphasized that . "On a bail but the question is , what can you offer me ?"

"Why on bail ? I thought you can clear all the charges against me ."

"Don't be ridiculous Baragan , the charges against you are grave , falsification of public documents , rape ,murder disappearances , the list goes on , the government can not just wake up and clear charges like these with one of it's public servant ,only a bail ,it's what I can offer you ."

"Okay I don't care as longer as I can be with my daughter again ."

"You haven't answered my question yet?"

"You know my bank accounts were frozen the day I was banned from the army . I had started a new business and that's when I got arrested before I could even fully open it ,what am trying to say is that I don't have any money right now but I can work and pay you all the money you will owe me ."

"I shouldn't have wasted my time on you ,i don't have time for these childish stories ." He got up from his seat to leave .

"Wait , let's talk about this calmly ."

"Listen to me Baragan , you have to accept you're criminal and right now I know you don't have any money , what I can offer you right now is a bail for you to attend court hearings from outside and when I win the case ,i want all the compensation money you will be getting from your freedom ."

"Are you crazy? that will be a lot of money ."

"Do we have a deal or not ?" He wore a pretty serious face .

"All right we have a deal , name your price and I will get you the money for getting me a bail and about the compensation money , that will all be yours but please get me out of here ."
