Dayu had been trying to forget everything that had happened yesterday. He didn't want to remember a thing.
Starting from the time in the practice room to the hut in top of Fragrant Hill.
The kisses, the touches, the confession; Dayu wanted to forget everything. But instead of forgetting anything, Dayu was remembering things clearly. Every little details of what had taken place, Dayu could recall everything. Perfectly. With ever passing moments, it's getting clearer. Dayu was beyond himself with disbelief and self loathing.

"I'm the man you're going be with for the rest of your life." When the man said those words, looking at Dayu without even blinking, Dayu lost his breath.
Dayu paled. His heart slammed against his chest, and his whole body began to tremble again.
"Is that a threat?" Dayu managed to ask, through trembling mouth.
"It's a vow." And the man replied simply, without letting Dayu to look away.
And Dayu felt as if he's about to lose his mind. How did things ended up like this? When he came to China, he thought that he'd be having the same peaceful, tranquil life he had lived back Canada. He just needed new environment, a place faraway from his family for the time being. A place to find the courage to face his family and tell them the truth; about him, about Liu Minzhe and about the relationship.
