Qing stared at the things laid down on the counter, by his sister, and his eyes zoomed in on one particular thing. A box, containing twenty sets of four inches oval 'thing', probably the size of his pinkie.
'Tampon' for ultra flow. Qing cringed. He knew exactly what a tampon is. He had been reading about menstrual cycle for days and he'd seen everything from pads or sanitary napkins, to tampons, to menstrual cups.
Jiyi who had done the shopping and who's helping Qing arrange the things she had bought, saw the look of distaste on Qing's face.
"Those are tampons..." she said, matter of factly.

"I know." Qing mumbled, "but, I don't think we would use those.." Qing set the box aside, "you can take those back with you.."
"Ya..Wang Qing!" Jiyi raised her voice, then she looked at the living room where Dayu and the family were sitting together, then she hissed at Qing, not wanting it to become awkward for Dayu. "Dayu needs to have supplies of these things..!"
"I know." Qing said, "but tampons aren't the only choice. There are pads or menstrual cups too..." Qing looked at the box and grimaced again, "no tampons." Although he's also strongly not into the menstruation cup as well.
"Wang Qing. Tampons are better. They're more comfortable, they are easy to use and they don't leak..." Jiyi explained, trying to be practical.
