As it turned out, Dayu was still having his video call with his guys (yes, Qing considered Linda one of guys; she's probably the most 'guy' amongst Dayu's friend when it comes to how she behaved).
"You're done?" Dayu asked as Qing walked in.
"Yup." Actually he had told them, and that's enough. The guys probably still have lots of things to talk about; but he had no interest in indulging them.
Qing leaned and gave Dayu a kiss, "you don't mind me barging in on you guys?" He asked.
"No..They're your friends too, now.. Aren't they?" Dayu winked cheekily at Qing. And Qing smiled, as he walked pass Dayu to put his laptop on their bedside table.
"Ah..!!! Wang Qing!!" Mark called to Qing excitedly when he saw Qing walking into the frame.
"So, tell us..! Dayu's body is changing right?" Mark was already full of questions, "Does Dayu have boobs now..? How you guys do it? I mean..Dayu has female reproductive system right..? So..Is there..extra hole or something..?" Mark continued without paying attention to his gasping wife, as his curiosity got the better of him like usual.
"What?" Qing looked at Mark, on the screen incredulously. He had just ended the video call with the guys because he didn't want to discuss his and Dayu's sex life and he walked in the same situation here, with Dayu's friends?
Dayu turned bright red, as he froze. Before Qing could react any further he was beaten to it by Linda, the most guyest of the guys, who stood up and started to knock her husband's head.
"You ignorant fool!!!" Linda was beyond herself with anger, "how could you!" He could have asked about it in a more subtle way. And with Qing being there; he shouldn't have. This is something they should have asked Dayu subtly. But, this husband of hers thought, he should ask Qing of all people.
As mark scrunched trying to block his head from Linda's attack, kinda turned to the screen and said, "I apologized...Dayu..Qing...We'll talk again soon okay...I'm going to end our video call now..."
"Uhmmmm...Linda...! Please..Don't be too rough on-" Dayu blinked because Linda ended the video call before he could finish his words, "Mark..." he sighed.
"Well...I guess...We'll take our leave too..We'll talk to guys later..!" Aiden gave a sheepish smile at Qing and Dayu to cover the awkward situation that settled in the atmosphere, triggered by Mark's question earlier.
"What was that about?" Qing asked, sitting down beside Dayu.
"I don't know for sure..." Dayu replied, "Mark was silent all the time when I was sharing the news with them...And suddenly he went like that.." but, then again, Mark had always been like that.
"I just hoped that Linda doesn't hurt him too bad..." Dayu sighed, thinking about calling Linda and telling her not to go overboard. Mark is probably out of line a little but that's just Mark being Mark.
