It was now three months after the public announcement made by both the Wang and the Feng family on National Television and on the China Time, the leading Newspaper in mainland China, about the engagement of Wang Qing, 24, son of Wang Ho, President of the Wang Company Holdings Limited and Professor Feng JianYu, 25, son of a restauranteur from Canada.
It was the news of the year; which shocked the entire Asian region, except for maybe the people in mainland China because Wang Qing had unofficially announced that he's indeed together with Professor Feng JianYu, in China beforehand.
But it was really shocking for the rest of the Asian country. Who would have thought that the renown playboy would be tied down, finally, by another man. It was major news.
And the medias had been covering their stories diligently for three months, though, it's beginning to slow down these last few weeks. The paparazzis of course weren't able to do much after the public announcement because, nobody wanted to mess with the Wang family.
The Wang family is one of the richest and most powerful family Mainland China; with connection to powerful people from all over the world. Who would dare to mess with that kind of family?
Before the public announcement, the paparazzis were still a bit bold in writing about the couple. But after the public announcement, which made it clear to everybody that Wang Qing and his partner had the full support from both sides of the family, and especially from his family, nobody dared to report anything anymore.
The paparazzis stopped following Qing and Dayu to work and they also stopped stalking the pair at their apartment. What's there to stalk, now that it was already announced that they're engaged to be married and were now even living together. They were not even trying to hide anything anymore.
And how are the public handling the news nowadays? What happened after Qing and Dayu went public with everything? About their engagement and about them living together. How did the public took it?
The Jade's Knights held a 'Thank You' Concert in Beijing Olympic Hall two months after the announcement and the tickets were sold out in one day. All ten thousands tickets.
That answered the question they had, of how their fans would react to the news of Wang Qing being engaged to another man. Nothing's changed. The fans still loved the Jade's knights and it seemed that they were intrigued by the band now, more than ever.

Dayu was now used to the situation where sometimes he would see people; either the media or the curious public, taking pictures of him. It's now, tolerable and less stressful because they weren't hounding him or Qing anymore. Unlike at the beginning. They're keeping their distance now and not invading Dayu and Qing's private space anymore.
