Aiden and Jin looked at each other, they could clearly hear the commotion in front of their front door.
They were rudely awakened by the sound of the doorbell being rung that morning. It was still Qingming Festival holiday and they planned on sleeping in, as they're only the two of them in the apartment then, with Dayu back in Canada with his boyfriend.
They looked at each other, knowing that they weren't expecting anybody to come. But the doorbell were being rung so persistently that they both had no choice but to go to the door, to see who the hell was making such a ruckus so early in the morning. And so persistently at that, that Aiden and Jin we're worried it wake their neighbours up soon.
Aiden looked through the peep hole on the door and froze. He gulped drawing back, looking up at Jin then he looked back into the peep hole again.
"Oh My God!" Aiden drew back from the door.
"What's wrong..?" Jin asked, frowning at Aiden's reaction before he looked into the peep hole himself.
He gasped and turned to look at Aiden, "is that..?"
"Liu Minzhe!" Aiden hissed, still in disbelief, "What's he doing here?!"
"He's here for Dayu..." Jin knew that that's the only reason. There's no other reason for Liu Minzhe to be standing in front of their apartment if it's not Dayu. They were never close with him.
Aiden inhaled a deep breath, as he looked at Jin, worriedly. Both of them really didn't want to talk with Liu Minzhe but, they also knew that they cannot leave him outside. That man would wake up the whole building.
They nodded at each other then, both braced themselves as they opened the door, but still keeping the chain lock in place though.
"Good morning. Aiden..Jin..May I see Dayu..?"
Good God, now, they remembered why they never liked Liu Minzhe. He never bothered to be polite or to treat people he seems unimportant with respect.
It's a good thing this man screwed up and lost his chance with Dayu. We should go to a temple and offer a thankful prayer to the deity for saving Dayu from a life in hell with this jerk. Aiden and Jin thought to themselves.
"He's not here.." Aiden answered.
Liu Minzhe's eyes narrowed in disbelief.
"Just tell Dayu to come out now...I need to talk to him.."
"Excuse me..Who do you think you are? Coming here, barging in like this?" To Aiden's surprise, the ever so calm Jin was the one who snapped first, "we don't have to do anything for you anymore."
"What did you say!?" Liu Minzhe hissed, reddening with anger, "I am not here to see you. I'm here to see Dayu. I know he's inside! Dayu ah!!! Feng JianYu!!!"
