I realize I should have made this note 24 chapters or so ago. In my re-imagining of these characters there is a slight change when it comes to size. Weiguang/Vengo Gao is about 6'3 and Dilraba is about 5'7 in real life. Dong Hua's height is still the same in my story but I've made Xiao Bai a bit more petite and she is about 5'2. Just to give you guys a visual. :) I hope you guys have been enjoying this story and you and your families are staying safe during these strange times we are living in. Thank you for all the support, comments, and votes. It has been a true joy and honor to write for these characters (thanks to Tang Qi Gong Zi for creating them) and to be able to connect with all of you. Be Well.

When she woke up she could feel that she had slept for a long time. She sat up and looked dazedly around the room. There was soon a knock at the door and she told them to come in.  She didn't even know where she was but felt safe enough in her surroundings. A pale handsome young immortal opened the door and stood outside the room and bowed.

"Zhong Lin greets Her Highness Bai Feng Jiu." He had a pleasant small smile on his face. "I'm sorry, Your Highness" he blushed, "but I was instructed to place a spell that would let me know when you awoke so I could bring in some food for you." He took a tray full of goodies given to him by a servant and stepped into the room and placed it on the table.

"Zhong Lin ... where am I?"

He smiled at her obvious confusion, "Your Highness, you are at Tai Chen Palace."

"Oh." This can't be good.

"Whose room is this?"

"This is His Majesty Dong Hua Dijun's bedroom."

Oh, this really can't be good.

"Why am I sleeping here?" she asked with wide eyes.

Zhong Lin smiled warmly, "Your Highness, please don't worry. His Majesty brought you here this morning."

"Oh." So, some of that really happened. I thought it was a dream.

"He is still having your room prepared. It should be ready tomorrow."

"So, for now I'm sleeping here? Tonight I'll sleep here? But... if I'm sleeping here, where will His Majesty sleep?" she asked growing increasingly worried about what any of this meant.

Zhong Lin smiled. "Tai Chen Palace is quite spacious, Your Highness. His Majesty may sleep in any other of the many rooms or even his study. Sometimes when there's a good breeze he'll nap outside. But truthfully, he doesn't sleep that much."

"Oh."

"I promise you, it is nothing Your Highness has to worry about."

"Ok ... thank you, Zhong Lin."
