나는 머리에 극심한 통증을 느끼며 침대 위에서 깨어났다.

(I woke up from the bed with a sharp pain in my head.)

"..."

주변을 살펴보았다. 불이 꺼져 있어 방 안은 어두웠다. 문 밖에서는 텔레비전 소리가 들렸다. 어떨 땐 남성 목소리가 들렸다.

(I looked around. The lights were off, so it was dark in the room. A television sound was heard outside the door. I heard a men's voice at the end of the day.)

"..."

온 몸이 아팠다. 멋대로 움직일 수 없었다. 

(I was sick all over. I couldn't move freely.)

"..."

나는 잠에서 깨어나기 전까지의 꿈 내용을 떠올렸다. 울고불며 소리쳤던 것과 도망치던 도중  굉장히 둔탁한 물건을 머리에 맞았다는 것 까지는 기억해낼 수 있었다. 그리고 분명 목소리와 행동은 하나 같이 누군가와 비슷한데 어째서 그 납치범의 얼굴을 기억하지 못하는걸까. 

(I remembered the dream before I woke up. I could remember crying and shouting and getting hit in the head by a very blunt object while running away. And clearly the voice and actions are all similar to someone, so why can't I remember the face of the kidnapper?)

"........"

그 납치범이 나를 이곳으로 데려왔을 수도 있겠다라는 생각에 온몸이 소름 돋았다. 

(The idea that the kidnapper might have brought me here gave me goosebumps all over.)

잠에 취해 다 뜨지도 못한 눈을 제대로 뜨니 방 안의 모습이 제대로 보였다.방 안에 놓인 물건과 가구를 보니 '아, 내가 제대로 집에 왔다'라는 걸 알 수 있었다. 특히, 침대 옆 가구 위에 놓인 옵티머스 프라임이 그려진 액자와 '트랜스포머: 로봇 인 디스가이즈'에 등장하는 옵티머스 프라임 피규어가 내게 그걸 제대로 실감하게 해주었다.

(When I opened my eyes that I couldn't even open, I see the room properly.When I looked at the items and furniture in the room, I could tell that 'Oh, I came home properly. In particular, the picture frame with Optimus Prime on the furniture next to the bed and the Optimus Prime figure in "Transformers: Robots in Disguise 2015" made me realize it properly.)

나는 이불을 걷고 침대에서 내려와 방에서 나왔다.

(I rolled up the blanket that was covering my body and got out of bed.)

"오, 이런. 루루가 잠에서 꺠어났나 보군."

(Oh, Lulu must be awake.)

낯익는 목소리가 내 귀에 들렸다. Korean Empoire이었다.

(I could hear a familiar voice. It was Korean Empire.)

"My body... it's hurts..." 

내가 작은 목소리로 말했다. 

(I said in a small voice.)

"당연하지, 독감에 걸렸는데 안아플리가 있냐?"

("Of course, you've got the flu. How can you not be sick?")
