Matt's POV:
As I made my way downstairs from the bedroom, I smiled when I saw Camila at the door with her bags. "I hope it's okay I let myself in. Oh and I hope it's okay I came early. I just want to be whatever help I can even when you are home." I laughed and agreed with her. "I understand Camila. Anyways, I am pretty sure you are going to just end up staying here all the time soon." Camila smiled when I said that. "You guys are going to ask me to move in aren't you?" I sighed and looked at her. "And you aren't on board. It's okay, we can figure it out."

Camila then stopped me putting her hands on my cheeks. "Matthew, relax. I would love to move in. I mean, what grandmother wouldn't want to move in. More time with the grandkids and it will help you and Gabby relax much more. Matt, you guys are doing so much...I can wait to see how stressed you guys are when she's back at work." I sighed when she said that because that was on my mind too. I then nodded and smiled as I just went to hug her. "Thank you so much. Gabby is going to be so happy that you are moving in with us."

That's when I heard Gabby come downstairs with the baby monitor. "My mom is moving in?" Camila then smiled at her. "I asked Matt if I could. Gabby, you are so stressed whenever I am here. You need me here with you to help. And I am positive Matt needs rest in between shifts." I nodded and agreed as I went to wrap my arm around Gabby. "I honestly don't mind Gabby. The more hands the better. However, when I am home...you should spend more time with Matteo." Gabby then turned to look at me. "No, you should. But he's sleeping right now."

I smiled and agreed when she said that. "Listen, how about I get your bags and I can bring them downstairs for you Camila? Then you can Gabby can talk in the living room? You can tell her what made you change your mind about that. I will be right up okay Gabby? Or would you rather I get the cribs set up in the living room and get the babies for you first?" Gabby then looked at me and smiled. "Do the cribs and then bring my mom's bags downstairs. We can go get the babies together." I nodded and agreed as Gabby walked away with her mom to go upstairs.

Gabby's POV:
As I made my way upstairs with my mom, I smiled at her. "So, what made you decide to offer to move in?" My mom laughed. "Complete honesty, I am bored at home and would rather be doing something. I want to be here where I can help. Antonio doesn't need much help with his kids since he has Eva and Diego. However, Matteo isn't old enough to help with Ella and Wally, so...I thought that my time would be better spent helping the two of you raise those gorgeous grandkids of mine. By the way, you guys are done right? This is it after these two?"

I nodded when she said that, feeling somewhat relieved that I was saying that we were done. Yet, also sad at the same time. It's a part of my life that's done. I think it's because it is a part of my life that I never expected to go through based on the fact me and Matt ended our last marriage because I was told that I couldn't have kids. Or at least it wasn't medically recommended for us to have kids considering of my aneurysm. But us having kids naturally actually saved us and brought us back together. So, I say it was a great job I did.

Walking into our bedroom, I smiled when I saw that Ella was awake. Meanwhile, Wally was still asleep. "Here mom, how about you take Ella? She's already awake. Wally is still asleep and he is going to take a minute to wake up and bring downstairs. Maybe you can hold her until you can ask Matt to set up the cribs ins the living room? I think we should just leave them set up all the time considering we use them so often. Either that or the baby chairs/rockers that can easily rock them back to sleep whenever they sit in them. God, I love those chairs."

My mom laughed and agreed as she went to grab Ella. "Oh, by the way...Friday I am going to need some help. The kids have a pediatrician's appointment. Matt might not be able to come being the newest Chief. Do you think maybe you could help me?" My mom smiled and nodded. "Of course." I then was shocked that she wasn't mad at Matt. "And you aren't mad at Matt that he can't come to the appointment?" My mom shook her head. "He's Firehouse 51's new Chief. Saving people's lives takes precedence in my opinion."

I then sighed when she said that. "Not Antonio's. He got mad when I asked him to help us out." My mom shook her head when I said that. "I will speak to him." I then stopped her. "No, we have already dealt with him. Please mom, don't get involved. Our relationship with them is already complicated enough." My mom was confused when I said that. "How so?" I sighed and looked at her. "Matt is Sylvie's boss now. And he is Antonio's boss' equal. So that means that Antonio has to listen to Matt when he's on fire scenes. So, it's complicated."

My mom nodded and understood when I heard Matteo walk into the room. "Mama, I hungry. Can you make me some macaroni?" I smiled when he said that. "How about you go ask papa? He's downstairs." Matteo nodded and agreed as he went to run downstairs. My mom then turned to look at me and smiled. "God that grandson of mine is so adorable." I smiled and agreed as I went to grab the diaper bag and put it over my shoulder. "C'mon mom, let's go relax downstairs with the family." She agreed and smiled as we made our way downstairs.
