Jay's POV: As we made our way down to the hospital emergency room together, I smiled as I looked at Erin in the elevator while wrapping my arm around her. Grabbing her butt, I smiled as I put my hand on the stroller to keep Lucky sitting down since I head her leach looped around my wrist. Looking into Erin's eyes, I smiled as I went to kiss her softly. "How are you doing? I know you are in an emotional place right now babe. Seeing a baby that small must be hard when you are pregnant." Erin sighed and nodded when I said that. "Yeah, it's hard." I then felt her cuddle up to me more while I kissed the top of her head. That's when the doors opened to reveal Adam and Kim with their 6-month old twins Cameron and Trevor. "Hey guys."

I groaned as I stepped out of the elevator. "I swear Adam, your positive attitude is not contagious. Please remember that while we are out, we are also tired with that little devil princess and our little prince here." Kim then looked at one of their boys. I think it was Cameron but, I could never tell. "Okay, I keep forgetting. Which is which?" Kim then laughed. "Cameron is always wearing blue shoes. Trevor is always wearing red shoes." Adam then turned to look at Kim. "I thought it was the other way around." Kim then shook her head. "B is closer to C and R is closer to T." I then looked at her and smiled. "Smart."

Kim then nodded. "Well, there has to be at least one genius in this family. Now, I need to go see Antonio before they get tired." Kim then turned around to leave and Adam was about to speak to us when he realized what Kim just said. "Hey! Babe! Who's the genius?" He then followed her while I laughed while looking at Erin. Wrapping my arm around her again, I moved to kiss her softly before walking towards the ER. That's when Maggie stopped us. "So, any updates from Natalie and Will?" I looked at her and nodded. "They are settling in well. Natalie loves the city so far and so does Owen. Will is still getting used to it."

Maggie smiled and nodded. "Hey, don't tell them but...I am going to take Auggie to visit them towards the end of July. Surprise visit." I then looked at her and bit my lip. "They are actually going to be in town then. She's going to be delivering our little guy. Apparently, she worked it out with Goodwin for them to do it for us. But listen, you should head upstairs and see Antonio and Sylvie. AKA your new private patients while they are here." Maggie smiled and nodded. "Matt and Gabby told you about that?" I nodded. "Yeah, we are going to see them right now. Want to hang out since we have the day off."

Maggie nodded and smiled. "Well, have fun. And can you please tell them that I want to see some pictures of their kids that I should've been there to help give birth to." Erin then sighed. "Sorry Maggie, it was for safety remember? But we don't talk about it considering this one has problems with it." Maggie then looked at me. "Oh no, it's become a PTSD event hasn't it?" I then nodded and sighed. "Will told you I had PTSD?" Maggie sighed. "Natalie and me talk about a lot of stuff. You see, your status both as one of Will's patients and his brother blurred the line. So in a way it was, but wasn't a HIPPA violation. Please don't complain." I nodded and agreed.

"Believe me, I understand. Plus, it's better that people know. That way, I can get in here easier with Lucky. They obviously told you why she's with me right?" Maggie nodded. "It's easy to figure out based on the dog's vest color and the fact that you wear dog tags. Veteran plus ESD. Not that hard to figure out that you have PTSD." I then looked down at my dog tags and realized that. "Hey by the way, is Ethan on shift? He missed the meeting last week. Wanted to see if he was okay?" Maggie then looked around. "Dr. Choi." Ethan then walked over.

"Personal talk from Jay." Ethan nodded as he smiled at us. "How are Will and Natalie?" I smiled. "They love their life in Seattle. But, do you mind if we speak alone for a minute?" Ethan then nodded and agreed. "See you another time Maggie, we are leaving after this." Maggie nodded and agreed as Ethan led us to an office where I hoped to talk to him about his PTSD and made sure he was still okay since he missed a meeting.
