Alex, Kara, Ruby, and the rest of Alex's bachelorette party group have now made their way to the laser tag venue, where it has been explained to them that they will have a bunch of different game types that they get to play this evening. Firstly, they will start out by just playing a standard free for all game type, where everyone is against everyone. But after that, they will have options to play various teamed games. Of course, seeing as their group only consists of 6 people, they will have to play their rounds with some other strangers who are also at laser tag this evening. But that is all fine by them. Alex just wants to make sure she wins, her competitive nature coming out.
Soon the group start playing their first game, after getting their equipment, and are unleashed on the course. Over the next 15 minutes, they battle, and shoot each other with their laser tag guns, with Alex still being very competitive and taking a tactical approach. However, Alex's tactic doesn't end up working too well, as taking a real world tactical approach isn't great, because while it does mean that Alex rarely actually gets tagged, and keeps herself safe, it also means she is scoring less points, due to not running around like other people are. The cost of getting shot in this game mode is basically nothing, whereas shooting other people gets you points. So, after a while, Alex has to abandon this tactic, but by then it is too late. Winn, Ruby, and one of the strangers the group are playing with, end up being the top 3 scorers of the game, with even Kara beating out her sister too, along with J'onn. It's only Nia who doesn't beat Alex. This, of course, just makes Alex's a bit grumpy, not liking losing due to her competitive nature.
After this though, the group take a little break, and they get some drinks and snacks, while chatting amongst themselves, with one another. But soon, they are set up with their next game type, which is a teamed game type. This ends up being much more up Alex's alley, because rather than the game being won by the team that scores the most points. It is won by the team that has the last member standing, meaning it's a lot more tactical. So, through all this, Alex ends up giving her team a bunch of orders, taking it rather seriously, for them to survive. But Winn trips over, and ends up being the first eliminated, and is soon followed by Nia and Kara. This just leaves Ruby and Alex, with J'onn having sat out the game, seeing as they could only have a team of 5 people. Ruby and Alex then work together, staying close to one another, and take out a few players from the other teams. Eventually though, Alex decides to be a good mom, and sacrifices herself, blocking a laser tag shot that would have eliminated Ruby. This just leaves Ruby as the groups only team member left, and she ends up actually being able to eliminate the last few players, winning it for them.
The group celebrate their victory, with Alex heaping praise on her daughter, and letting her know how proud of her she is, even though it's only laser tag, and a game. But really, it wasn't just a game to Alex. She is that competitive.
The rest of the evening continues on from here though, with the group playing a few more games of laser tag, doing different game modes, and having some snacks in between. Then, once they are finished, they all decide that seeing as they have already had a decent amount of food from the snacks they have eaten at laser tag, instead of going to a restaurant to eat, they'd just go to a fast food place. This is how they end up in a Big Belly Burger, which is where their evening finishes. Needless to say, Alex is very happy with her bachelorette party. It may not be the typical bachelorette party. But it is the bachelorette party that Alex has wanted, and sums up who she is.

Meanwhile, elsewhere in National City, Sam has actually been having a much more stereotypical bachelorette party compared with Alex's. Since Kara, Ruby and Alex left Lena, Kara, Alura and Morgan's penthouse, leaving Sam there with Lena, the kids and Eliza; the CFO spent the next hour and a bit with Lena, just relaxing and chatting with her, while also letting Lena help her with some clothing options she'd brought with her to choose from for the evening. Eventually though, Sam and Lena did get ready, and dressed all nicely, and met up with Jess, and a few other female friends that Sam has made at L-Corp.
