A Leap of Faith (Part 2)

Chapter 244 - Arriving at Disneyland Paris

Kara, Lena, Alura, Morgan, Ruby and Eliza are all currently walking from their hotel, towards the entrance to the two Disney parks. This includes them walking along the lake shore which is right in front of their hotel, and then along a walkway, which goes through an area called 'Disney Village'. The Disney village itself is exactly what you might expect from a place called 'Disney Village'. There is a Disney store, of course, a LEGO store, and various restaurants, very similar to the Disney village area that Kara, Lena and Alura went to in Florida several months ago.

"Look! Another Rainforest Café!" Alura says, pointing to the restaurant as they walk past it.

Kara and Lena are well aware that Alura very much loved when they went to the rainforest café when they were at Disneyworld, because of the rainforest atmosphere of the restaurant, so they are sure that they will probably go in there again sometime during this visit.

"Yeah." Kara smiles, "We'll probably go in there again sometime."

"Okay." Alura nods.

"What.... what's a rainforest café?" Morgan asks, confused.

"Oh, I think you will quite enjoy it, Morgan." Lena says, with a smile, as her youngest daughter walks next to her, holding her hand, "It is a restaurant, but it's themed so it's like you are sitting in a rainforest. There are robot rainforest animals all around the place, who move and everything. Then, every hour or so, the sounds in the restaurant change, so it sounds like there is a storm, with all the animals making noises. It is a very interesting atmosphere."

"Does it rain?" Morgan asks, still a bit confused.

"No." Lena says, with a chuckle, "You don't get wet or anything."

"Oh, okay." Morgan nods.

The group then continue to walk through the Disney village, and go past the Lego store, and the Disney store.

"Can we go in there and buy some toys, mommy?" Alura asks, as she looks at Kara, who she is walking next to.

"We will have plenty of opportunities to buy you toys in Disneyland itself." Kara says, "And if you don't like the toys in there, we can always buy some in this store, when we are walking back to our hotel, okay?"

"Okay." Alura nods, accepting the answer.

The group then continue to walk through the Disney village, where they eventually walk past a train station, which is the train station that has the Eurostar arrive at Disneyland Paris, all the way from the UK. Then, soon after this, the group finally begin to approach the entrance to Disneyland itself, with there being two options for them. They can either go to the left hand side, and enter the second park, Walt Disney Studios, or they can go in the main Disneyland Paris park. Of course, the choice is pretty obvious to them. So, the family walk in the direction of the main Disneyland park, walking underneath the main hotel here in Disneyland Paris, which is undergoing renovations right now, and soon approach the ticket booth, where they will have to buy their tickets for their stay.

"Okay." Lena says, with a smile, "How about you all wait over there, and I'll go buy the tickets for us? That way we all don't have to queue."

"Yeah, that sounds like a good idea." Kara smiles.

"I'll come with you, Lena." Eliza says.

"Okay." Lena smiles.

Lena and Eliza then join the queue to buy tickets, while Kara, Ruby, Morgan and Alura just stand to the side, and look around. Alura is basically bouncing up and down on her feet right now, in excitement.

"So, Ruby, have you ever been to Disneyland before?" Kara asks her new niece, as seeing as Alex and Sam are officially married now, Ruby is her niece now.
