Nyssa now walks her way through Leviathan, seeing all the various agents mulling about, clearly preparing for something. Although, Nyssa can't be too sure what exactly they are preparing for, or even if it's anything imminent, as over the last few days the entirety of Leviathan has been in a preparing stage, with no true goal or objective in mind, Talia keeping that to herself, or really not even having an idea as to where to begin. So for all Nyssa knows, maybe nothing is happening at all, maybe Talia has just ordered all the Leviathan agents to do something else, and that is what is keeping the busy right now. However, Nyssa knows that soon enough she will get an answer as to what is happening, because she soon finds Nyssa in the training room, talking with one of the Leviathan medical personnel, as other medical personnel carry away the injured and/or dead bodies of Leviathan agents that Talia has spent the last few hours 'fighting'. It's clear Talia still has that bloodlust nature about her, even though Nyssa no longer feels that urge. All of that has seemed to vanish since reading Talia's journal.
Eventually, after a few moments, Talia's eyes connect with Nyssa's, noticing her entering the room for the first time. As this happens, Nyssa can't help but feel rather uneasy, while also feeling several other mixed emotions. Right now, Nyssa really has a jarring feeling, because right now she can literally see the deluded, and frankly, insane Talia, the person her sister has become, who is violent, aggressive, manipulative, and simply uses her, rather than caring for her like a sister. However, at the same time, Nyssa can't help but think about the sister who she read about in Talia's journal, the sister that Talia used to be to her. The sister that cared for her, loved her, and protected her. Nyssa's memories of all of that still are blurry, like something she can't quite remember, but is on the tip of her tongue. But Nyssa knows that what Talia wrote in the journal is true, she just knows it. Nyssa just doesn't see how Talia went from that, to who she is today, and that scares Nyssa, along with her feeling so conflicted. Nyssa hasn't felt emotionally conflicted like this for a very very very long time.
"Nyssa, there you are." Talia says, as she approaches her sister, "Where have you been? I have had agents looking everywhere for you."
Upon Talia asking her this, Nyssa gets scared, as she knows that she cannot tell her sister the truth, and explain that she was actually in her room, looking through her journal. It honestly makes sense why Talia's agents may not have been able to find Nyssa after searching the base for her for so long, because none of them would dare to enter Talia's room, even in search of Nyssa. Nyssa doubts any of them would even think she was in there anyway.
"Uhhh..... I was actually....." Nyssa begins, coming up with a credible lie on the fly, as words come out of her mouth.
"It doesn't matter." Talia soon says, while she waves one of her hands, "I do not care where you were. It doesn't matter. None of this matters. The only thing that matters is our glorious purpose. That we crush humanity under our boots and rule them all. Rule this planet, even if it's just the ashes of this planet."
Upon Talia saying this, now that Nyssa has a clear head, and isn't deluded like Talia, Nyssa just gets such a bad feeling in her stomach. Nyssa sees just who Talia has become, and it breaks her heart. After reading the journal, a part of Nyssa wants to have that sister as her own sister. Nyssa wants to have that sister back, but she doesn't, this is Talia, and Nyssa doubts that Talia will ever come back, and be who she was. The Lazarus pit waters have done far too much damage to Talia's mind to allow her to ever return to who she originally was. It makes Nyssa wonder about just how many times Talia may have exposed herself to the Lazarus pit waters, as the more exposures, the more insane Talia has likely become, and the less familiar Talia has become to the person she was in that journal.
"Yes...... that's true....." Is all Nyssa is able to say right now, not even really being able to put on an act and pretend that she's still deluded and insane like Talia.
