Kara and Lillian are now just returning back to Kara and Lena's home with all of the shopping that they have got to make the group staying at the home dinner tonight, and for them all to have a decent breakfast tomorrow. Almost as soon as Kara puts the car into park, Lena comes walking out of the house, ready to help them carry shopping in. Lena says that she is doing this because she is hungry, and wants to get dinner started as quickly as possible, but Kara truthfully thinks that Lena has been a little bit anxious about her spending alone time with Lillian, as any person might be with their partner spending alone time with one of their parents. Kara decides not to comment on this though, as she knows that Lena has more than enough to deal with already.

"So, what did you end up getting, and deciding on for dinner?" Lena asks, as they all carry food into the house.

"Uhh.... Well, we got the chicken and pasta stuff, as well as the other things you asked for. Lillian very much took charge of the vegetables we picked out. Then, we also got some steaks to cook as an option as well, as Lillian mentioned they'd be quick to cook." Kara explains.

"I see." Lena nods, "What else? As, from the looks of it, that isn't all you got?"

"We also got some stuff for everyone's breakfast tomorrow, and Lillian got a pineapple, as she mentioned she has been craving pineapple recently." Kara says.

"Oh.... really?" Lena asks, looking at Lillian.

"Yes." Lillian nods, "I thought I might as well take the opportunity to give into my craving."

"Alright." Lena smiles, "Well, let's get all this sorted so we can start cooking everything."

Kara, Lena and Lillian now walk into the kitchen, and place the bags down on the counter, with Lena also turning on the oven, ready for it to heat up so they can start cooking the chicken and fries as soon as possible.

"Where's Morgan and Alura?" Kara asks.

"Oh, they are with Elizabeth somewhere." Lena replies, "J'onn is outside still checking our surroundings I guess. Nia is still upstairs, and Alex and Ruby are lying by the pool still."

"Okay." Kara nods, "It's good Alex and Ruby are out of that room at least."

"Yeah." Lena agrees, with her own nod of her head.

Lillian, Lena and Kara now all begin getting everything ready to be cooked for their dinner. However, it eventually becomes clear that 3 is a bit of a crowd to make dinner together, even if they are making multiple dishes for everyone to choose from.

"Darling, why don't you go check on Morgan and Alura, as they haven't seen you since they woke up?" Lena suggests, "Then, you can leave myself and my mother to cook dinner."

"I get it." Kara says, with a smirk, "I'm the weak link in the kitchen, so you want to shoo me away."

"Well, I didn't say that in so many words, darling. I was trying to be nice about it." Lena says.

Kara simply rolls her eyes at Lena saying that to her, before taking her wife in for a brief kiss, and then leaving the kitchen, allowing Lillian and Lena to be alone.

"So, mother, tell me, what exactly did you talk to Kara about while you were alone with her?" Lena asks, "Anything that I need to know about?"

Lillian chuckles at Lena asking her this, thinking she really should have expected as much from Lena.

"Nothing you need to worry about, dear." Lillian says, with a smile.

"Really?" Lena says, with a look on her face that says she doesn't really believe what Lillian just said.
