It is now a few days later, and Talia and Nyssa have continued on the trail of their father and his 5 remaining men. Upon killing the two Leviathan agents the other day, Talia and Nyssa were able to see that for a while their father, and his men searched around the area, looking to see any potential threats, but they eventually gave up, not finding them, and putting it down to this area being dangerous, and the two men slipping and falling to their deaths. Talia and Nyssa were able to witness this by leaving their own alcove and going backwards, which allowed them to climb up onto the highest ridge of the mountain, and thereby sneak up towards their father and his men, and closely watch them without being seen. Of course, the entire time they were doing this, Talia was very careful to make sure herself and Nyssa didn't slip and fall like Nyssa almost did a little while earlier. Another thing that the two women noticed, while they watched their father, and his 5 remaining Leviathan agents, was that he looked really bad, with his movements seeming to be very limited. Then, he also stopped at one point just to throw up over the side of the mountain, with blood being noticeable around his lips once he was finished. Seeing this did bring some form of hope to Nyssa and Talia, as they hoped that maybe they wouldn't have to get into some final confrontation with their father, where they will kill him, or at least try to. They hoped that if their father continues to be this unwell, that maybe the radiation sickness will kill him for them. Although, despite hoping this, neither Nyssa or Talia thought they would be this lucky. The two know that by this point any human would be long dead from this radiation sickness, but their father has been able to cling onto life due to how many times he's already exposed himself to the Lazarus pit, and also due to whatever race he is. Even now, despite Talia being well over 100 years old, and Nyssa getting close to being 100 herself, only needing a few more decades to do so, the two sisters still do not know what their father is, which also means they don't know what race they are either. All they know, is while their father looks human, he is not.
Presently, Talia and Nyssa are continuing to follow their father and his men, but right now things have become very difficult for them, as due to how high up they are, and also due to the region they are in, they have been constantly fighting a lot of heavy snowfall, which has made travelling about very difficult, limiting Nyssa and Talia's view, making it increasingly hard to keep track of their father, and his men. Luckily for them, the snow fall is not intense enough to completely wipe away any footprints that their father and his men have made, however this terrain is getting very difficult, and taxing on Nyssa and Talia's bodies, which is a problem. This isn't a problem because either of the two are at risk of dying due to exhaustion, or frostbite or anything. This is a problem because Nyssa and Talia still have to save enough of their strength for when they arrive at the Lazarus pit, so they can go straight in to fight their father, and take out his remaining men beforehand. The one thing that is keeping the two sisters going though, is they know they must be very very close to the location of the Lazarus pit right now. In the moments where there is not intense snowfall, limiting their view, Talia and Nyssa can literally look all around them, in every direction, and just see mountain ranges, all the way to the horizon. They truly are right in the middle of the Himalaya mountain range, and the other mountain ranges which are connected to the Himalayas.
"How much further do you think it is?" Nyssa asks, loudly, due to the intense sound of the snowfall they are walking through right now, snowfall which is basically a blizzard.
"I don't know!" Talia replies, "It can't be much further! I think we must be really close!"
"I hope so! I hate this blizzard!" Nyssa replies.
"Me too!" Talia yells.
Nyssa and Talia now continue to walk for a few more miles, taking them around 4 hours just to travel these few miles, it really being slow process. However, eventually the two approach what looks to be a pathway which is carved in between two mountains. The pathway is not a tunnel, or anything, as it is completely open about 20 feet above where the pathway is, making it look like a gap between the tops of these two mountains. In reality though, there is no way this pathway was no purposely built like this, although that must have been long long ago, as this does not look like a fresh pathway, or even one that their father may have had made over the last several decades. Either way, Nyssa and Talia both get an ominous feeling upon seeing this pathway.
