A Leap of Faith (Part 2)

Chapter 246 - More Disneyland

"Ooooo.... Momma, look at all the people going by in the boats!" Morgan says, with a big smile, as they sit in the restaurant in the Pirates of the Caribbean ride.

"Yeah." Lena says, with a chuckle, "And after we have eaten, we will be those people going by. That sound be fun, right?"

"Yeah." Morgan agrees with a nod of her head, "I hope we don't get wet though."

"Hopefully we won't." Lena says, "But there might be a few drops that we go down that cause big splashes. The best tactic though is to try and sit in the middle of the row of seats, so you are the furthest away from the edge possible."

"Can I sit in between you and mommy then?" Morgan asks.

Lena chuckles once more.

"We will have to see how everyone can be seated when we queue up for the ride. But you can certainly sit next to me, if you want." Lena says.

"Yeah. I love you momma." Morgan says.

"I love you too, my darling." Lena replies.

One of the things that Lena has always noticed about Morgan, is the 4-year-old is very affectionate, and constantly is happy to tell her and Kara that she loves them. It is absolutely lovely for Lena and Kara to hear.

The group then proceed to have a nice lunch together, with Lena having a pregnancy craving for fish, and deciding to get prawns, or shrimp, for lunch, while Alura, Morgan and Ruby all get chicken nuggets and fries, and Kara and Eliza each get a burger and fries. Needless to say, the restaurant might not have the fine dining quality of some of the more expensive restaurants they have all been to, but the atmosphere certainly makes up for it, and it is pretty decent theme park food.

Eventually, the group finish their lunch, and have about 25 minutes to go until their time slot for their fast pass tickets for Big Thunder Mountain open up, so, as mentioned before, they walk towards the Pirates of the Caribbean ride itself, and see that there is a less than 5 minute wait, so they decide to go on the ride. This actually ends up being basically no wait at all, as they essentially just walk onto the ride, only having to wait for the next boat to arrive so they can all hop on.

The group all then proceed to go on the Pirates of the Caribbean ride, having a really good time, with Morgan, Alura, Ruby and Kara all very much enjoying the two drops that the ride has. Lena and Eliza would both say they had a good time too, however, both of them were sitting at a side of the boat, so during the drops they got wet.

Now, it is a few minutes later, and the group are walking out of the ride, mostly with smiles on their faces. Lena and Eliza are at least happy that the kids had a good time, and thankfully neither of them did get too wet. They will likely dry out in the warm Paris sun simply on their walk from this ride back to Big Thunder Mountain.

"Yo Ho. Yo Ho, a pirates life for me!" Morgan sings, happily, singing the theme tune to the ride.

"Did you like that ride, Morgan?" Kara asks with a smile.

"Yes!" Morgan says, with a big smile, "When I grow up, I want to be a pirate!"

Kara chuckles at Morgan saying that.

"Well, I'm sure that when you grow up you can be anything that you want to be." Kara smiles, obviously just being a supportive mother right now, rather than explaining to Morgan that pirates like that don't exist anymore.

"Aunt Lena, can we go into the ride store? And see if there are some pirate things we can get?" Ruby asks Lena.

"Uhh..... Well, we are going to go back to Big Thunder Mountain now." Lena says, "And we don't want to spend too much more time here, in case we miss our time slot. But I promise you, Ruby, we will certainly be going on this ride again, maybe even later today, so we can come back and have a look in the store then. Is that okay with you?"
