Chapter 265 - The Man Who Saved Supergirl

While Reign and Kara fought, back in the DEO all Lena, Alex and Winn were able to do, is watch on in horror at the events that were happening, with them being able to witness it by Winn hacking into CCTV cameras from around the various areas the fight took place. For Lena, the moment that Kara just looked almost lifeless and limp, and Reign was about to punch her so hard to kill her, was the worst moment of Lena's life. Lena was absolutely devastated thinking that her wife, who she loves so much, and is the other mother to their two, and in the future, three children, was going to die. But then someone appeared and saved Kara, and Lena was both overjoyed and confused.

The man who saved Kara now lands on the DEO balcony, carrying an unconscious Kara in his arms. J'onn lands a few moments later, behind them, and slightly stumbles on his feet, not clutching his head now, but clearly being nowhere near his normal self. Seeing this sight, Alex, Lena, Winn, and several DEO agents, all go rushing towards Kara, J'onn, and the other man.

"Kara!" Lena yells, as she rushes towards her wife, who the man is still holding in his arms.

"She's alive." The man says, "But she has several broken bones. She needs to get to your medical bay right away."

"This way. Come with me." Alex now says, not caring about who this person is right now, and then turns to look at the other DEO agents, "Help the director to the medical bay too."

The DEO agents nod at Alex's order, and move J'onn so he has arms around their shoulders, with them then leading J'onn in the direction of the medical bay, following Alex, Lena, and the man carrying Kara.

A few moments later, the group arrive in the medical bay, and Alex begins to prepare the yellow sun lamps, knowing that that will help heal Kara.

"Put her on the bed here." Alex points.

The man then carefully lies Kara on the bed, while the other DEO agents now help J'onn onto a bed on the other side of the room, away from the yellow sun lamps.

"Alright. Everyone needs to back up. I'm about to turn the yellow sun lamps on." Alex says.

"Wait!" The man quickly says, just as Alex is about to turn the lamps on.

"What?!" Alex snaps, angrily.

"You need to expose her to red sun lamps first." The man says.

"Are you crazy?!" Alex snaps, "The red sun lamps will make essentially make her human. It could kill her with the injuries she currently has!"

"You only have to expose her for a few seconds. The red sun lamps will help. The way it was described to me, is the red sun lamps act as a sort of water for the clay to be moulded. The clay being Supergirl's body right now. The yellow sun lamps are more effective after that." The man explains.

Alex now continues to glare at the man with a confused look.

"I don't know who you are, or why you saved Supergirl, but I have been doing this for a long time. I know what I'm doing. Why should I trust what you are saying?" Alex asks.

The man now grows an unsure look on his face.

"Alex..... look at his chest....." Lena says, now speaking up.

Alex now grows another confused look on her face, but she does look at the chest of this man, and that is when she realises, for the first time, that this man is wearing a super suit very similar to Kara's, and it even has the house of El crest in the middle of it. This, on top of the fact that Alex has seen that this man has powers is enough for Alex to realise this man is a Kryptonian.

"Okay." Alex says, "But if this doesn't work, I will kill you."

The man just nods his head.

Alex then proceeds to take a deep breath, before she switches the lamps to a red sun mode, and turns them on.
