It is now a little while later on the plane, and everyone has eaten their steak dinner now, it being as nice as a steak dinner cooked on a plane could be, but certainly nothing to complain about compared with standard plane food. But as the group have eaten their dinners now, and knowing that they need to get their body clocks somewhat aligned, everyone has decided to go to sleep for a little while. This means that presently all the chairs have been moved into a lying down position, so everyone can comfortably sleep. Eliza is sitting next to Ruby, while Alex and Sam are sitting next to one another, while Kara is sitting with Alura, and Morgan with Lena. In fact, Lena has lowered the arm rest between her and Morgan's seat, which has allowed the 4-year-old to cuddle up to her, with the little girl already being fast asleep right now.
The group all continue to sleep like this for the next handful of hours, with a few of them only being woken up by a little turbulence about 2 thirds into their flight. But eventually, everyone does wake up again, after about 5 hours of sleep, with them making sure that everyone is awake so that they'll be tired come this evening in Paris, instead of them not being tired until the very early hours of the following morning Paris time, keeping their body clocks on National City time.
After this, Kara, Lena, Sam, Alex and Eliza spend the next few hours of the flight just trying to make sure that the kids do not go back to sleep, as they know that would be the worst thing they could do. The last thing the group wants is for them to basically have ruined their second day in Paris, by the kids sleeping for most of the day, and keeping their body clocks on National City time. This task does end up being a little difficult, with Alura, Morgan and Ruby all having some grumpy faces due to not sleeping enough. However, this all thankfully ends when they finally land in Paris, the thrill of the landing clearing giving some much needed adrenaline to Morgan, Ruby and Alura, and waking them up more.

It is now a little while later, about 40 minutes after the group landed at an airport just outside of Paris. After that happened, the group were driven into Paris, to their hotel, using two private cars that were waiting for them, with the drivers loading all their luggage in for them, along with the plane crew. The drive into Paris actually let the group see some of the sights of Paris itself, seeing as their hotel is right in the heart of Paris. This meant that as they approached the city, the first sight that they could clearly see, was the Eiffel Tower, with it sticking up out from the distance, being the tallest structure in all of Paris. The Eiffel Tower then just grew bigger and bigger, larger and larger, as they continued to work their way towards the centre of Paris, and the location of their hotel. Then, the group got to see some more sights as they drove closer to their hotel, including the Pantheon, Notre-Dame Cathedral, and finally the Louvre. The Louvre being the last sight they saw as their hotel is located only a few blocks, in American terms, away from the Louvre itself.
The hotel that the group are staying at, is Hotel Madame Reve, which is consistently rated as one of the top hotels in Paris. Some of Paris' other top hotels do offer more picturesque views of all of Paris, with a lot of famous hotel Paris pictures being taken on balconies of Paris hotels, giving a great view of the Paris skyline, and the Eiffel Tower. So, due to the location of Hotel Madame Reve, the views that they will get are not the best views in Paris, from hotel rooms, as they are basically across the river from where some of the major landmarks are. However, Lena specifically decided upon this hotel because from her research she saw that while this hotel does not have the best views out of all the top hotels, it does offer the best amenities, and seeing as they are travelling in a large group, with 2 young children, and one teenager, Lena thought that the amenities would be much more important than the views they could get. Nevertheless, Lena knows that the hotel will still offer some pretty great views from their rooms. Plus, Lena thinks that they likely won't need to take in the view from their hotel balconies, because they will be spending a lot of time out of the hotel, taking in the sights.
