Request - I have a request. Maybe one where Kayce and Y/N have been dating for about a month and she tells him she wants to take it slow, as she's a virgin and wants to wait for the right moment, the right person before she gives that part of herself. Time passes and she feels ready and is so in love with Kayce and trusts him, so she asks him and it's just so romantic and steamy. After that, they just can't keep their hands off each other. 

Author's Note - tried to spin this a little and make it work for a one-shot worthy of what you were wanting!! I also made it a bit more realistic because the first time isn't ever steamy or romantic LOL but hopefully I made up for it in your opinion!! 

One Month Dating 

"Wait a minute..." Your friend looked at you across the table in the library. "You and Cowboy haven't done it yet?" 

"We are in a library," You eyed her from where you were highlighting your biology notes. 

"You and Cowboy haven't done it yet?" Your friend whispered. 

Sighing loudly you placed your hands down over your notes and looked at her. 

"No, okay?" You said. "I want it to be the right person." 

"Hello, Y/N!" Your friend laughed. "He's tall, handsome, rugged, heir to the biggest ranch in Montana...and he looks at you like..."

"Like what?" You asked, curious yourself now. 

Your friend smirked. 

"He looks at you like he wants to fuck you all the time," She laughed. 

"He does not!" You shut your book. "And can you call him Kayce?" 

"Nah, Cowboy it is until he gets into your pants," Your friend said. 

You huffed, standing up and packing away your things. Speaking of Kayce, he was probably outside waiting on you now. You had promised him after your study session you'd go back to his ranch for the weekend. 

"I mean it, Y/N," Your friend looked up at you. "Do you not want to?" 

"It's not that," You paused. "I do...I just...Kayce's experienced, like...really experienced." 

"So?" Your friend shook her head. 

"I don't want to be weird," You shrugged. "Or do something stupid, make a fool of myself." 

"Y/N..." Your friend smiled at you, dropping her playful tone. "You're beautiful and Kayce is fucking lucky to have a girl like you and he knows it...he wouldn't judge you or care. Trust me, he's a gentleman, but he's also a man...the second you agree to it, he'll fall to his knees for you." 

You reached for your water tumbler and sighed. 

"I just want it to be right," You told her. 

"Y'all have been dating a month," She pointed out. 

"I know..." You frowned. "Still, I just want it to be right for both of us." 

"Go with your gut," She smiled. "But also...give yourself some grace." 

"I'll call you tomorrow," You smiled, walking away. 

"I want the details!" She called after you. 

You stepped out into the cold air, the sunset lighting up the sky with yellows, pinks, and blues. Kayce's truck was parked near the library entrance and you quickly made your way over to it. Opening the door, you were greeted with Kayce's caramel eyes and a crooked smile. 

"Hey," You climbed in and shut the door. "It's freezing!" 

"Hey, baby," Kayce leaned across the console as you placed your things on the floor.
