The response with part one was so overwhelming oh my gosh, thank you all! Also, there were two different types of requests for a specific second part so here's the first one! I'm hoping to do the second one very soon ❤️

It's been a few days since you found Taylor cheating on you. It's been a rough few days. You've been wallowing in your sadness, even though you'd never allow Taylor to know about that.
But your friends have had enough and managed to convince you to return to one of your favorite hobbies - mountain climbing, and you agreed, thinking the fresh air would do you good.
Of course, though, you didn't tell anyone where you'd be going and which mountain you'd be climbing. You decided to just take some time for yourself to forget everything. And you didn't think anything could go wrong.
You felt butterflies in your stomach just over how excited you were to climb. You arrived early in the morning and stayed with the group the entire time.
But as time passed you felt a little sick. Your group was noticing you lagging behind and kept asking if you were okay and you only pushed off the warning signs and instead told them you were perfectly fine.
But when you reached the top you were way worse. You were drained of all of your energy and dehydrated and as much as you tried to keep up with your group you couldn't. Your vision was turning fuzzy and you suddenly collapsed, and when you did you hit your head on a rock causing your group to panic and run to you.
They looked at each other in shock. You looked way worse than they thought you did. You were clearly dehydrated, really dehydrated, and the blood rushing from your head wasn't helping to keep them calm. They watched how slowly your chest was rising and falling, your heart was racing, and they knew that wasn't good.
"We need to go get help! Should one of us stay here with her?" They all looked at each other and when they looked back at you they saw that your chest was no longer moving. You weren't breathing. Their eyes went wide and they all ran to get help for you, hoping that there was something that could be done to save you.
It took hours for you to be rescued. The sun had set and risen once more by the time help had shown up. You were weak, fading in and out of consciousness, barely there. They kept asking you questions and you could only mumble answers in response. Your eyes were heavy and the ache and pressure in your head told you that you'd be passing out soon.
But before you could, you heard one of the members of your group tell you one more thing.
"We called Taylor and she's gonna meet you at the hospital!"
And for some reason, through the pain and exhaustion you felt, you managed to crack a small smile before you passed out again.
Taylor was there by the time you arrived and when they allowed her to go back in the room with you she nearly fell to her knees at the sight of you.
You had hit your head really hard, causing you to need stitches, not to mention how dehydrated you were. They told Taylor that it could be days before you woke up and as hard as it was for her to hear, she was also just thankful that you were alive.
She didn't move from next to your bedside. She never once let go of your hand, only keeping it intertwined with hers as she'd bring it to her lips or occasionally let her tears hit your hand.
Even though it broke her to see you that way, it also gave her the chance to think about what she was gonna say to you. It gave her time to truly realize how much she had messed up. And she placed the blame on herself partially, because she loves and cares for you so much and she thought that this had been a spur of the moment thing that you decided to do after finding her with someone else.
