You noticed how off Taylor seemed to be acting. She wasn't her usual happy and bubbly self, and it worried you.
She sat on the couch in her dressing room with her head in her hands. You gently touched her back and rubbed small circles on her skin. "Tay? You okay?" She hummed quietly and weakly nodded her head.
"Yeah I'm fine. Just a little...dizzy." You frowned. "Dizzy? Taylor you should stay sitting down. Maybe you should reschedule the show?" She shook her head. "No, no I can't. The fans are already coming in, I can't cancel or reschedule. I'll be fine. No need to worry about me." She said, turning her head and kissing you softly.
She grabbed her guitar and put it around her before walking out of the room to go on stage. You didn't believe her, but you know Taylor well enough that you know she's stubborn at times and refuses to admit when she's sick or not feeling well, especially when she's got a show to do and people are counting on her.
She was noticeably acting strange on stage. She wasn't keeping up with the choreography and her voice was scratchy and weak. She could tell people noticed but she pushed through and tried to act like normal, despite how awful she felt.
The show ended soon after and Taylor took her time coming off stage. As soon as her guitar was off of her shoulder she was right in your arms. "Taylor are you okay?" She shook her head.
"Okay, let's get you to your dressing room. You need to sit and relax for a few minutes." You took her hand in yours but she wasn't letting you go. "I feel dizzy. I think I'm gonna pass out." She squeezed your hand tighter until her hand went limp and her knees buckled.
"Taylor?" You called as you laid her on the floor. Her eyes rolled back and she went unconscious leaving you a panicking and frightened mess.
"Help!" You yelled and saw a medic and security guard running over to you and Taylor. "She just passed out. I don't know what to do." Your mind was racing as you sat there, staring at Taylor's unconscious body.
The medic grabbed some water and a cool cloth for her. You rested it on her forehead and watched Taylor's eyes flutter open. "Y/n?"
"Shh, no, don't move. Stay down, baby." She whimpered at how heavy her eyelids felt. She couldn't move, her entire body feeling weak.
"I think she passed out from exhaustion. She's busy, she works hard - it's no wonder why she'd be so exhausted. Just have her rest."
Taylor doesn't have another show for a few days so you know you'll be sticking her on bed rest till she caught up on sleep and relaxed for a while.
You picked her up and carried her to the couch that was only a few feet away. You laid her down and laid a blanket over her.
You stayed quiet, your heart a little broken that she wouldn't tell you how exhausted and worn out she felt. "Y/n?" She reached for your hand and squeezed it.
"You scared me. I was so worried about you when you passed out. I thought that..." Taylor kissed your hand softly. "Don't. I'm okay, darling. I'm so sorry I scared you but it was never my intention. I just work hard and sometimes forget to take a step back. I'm sorry."
You sniffled and gave her a tearful smile. "Come on, lay with me." She patted the spot next to her and you laid your head on her shoulder. "You do realize I'm not letting you do anything for a couple of days. Me, you, and Netflix for the next couple of days."
Taylor chuckled and nodded her head. "I'm waiting on you hand and foot. You just let me know if you need anything."
"Okay, I will. But right now all I need is you and your cuddles to help me feel better."
