You opened your eyes when you heard the sound of footsteps in the room. You covered your eyes with your forearm and groaned when you noticed the light was on. Met with a giggle from Taylor, the mattress dipped down and she put her hand on your arm.

She had pulled another late night in the studio. Getting caught up in writing she hadn't even noticed how late it had gotten before she decided to call it a night.

"What time is it?" You yawned making Taylor smile a little. "Almost three in the morning. I'm sorry I woke you, I didn't mean to. I just got caught up in the studio again."

She pulled up the covers and turned off the lights before putting her head down on her pillows. Her eyes had closed right away, too tired to notice the pout on your lips.

You figured she had fallen asleep judging by the steady rise and fall of her chest. You stared at her for a moment, marveling in how beautiful she looked.

She looked tired, and understandably so. But she still looked gorgeous; from her messy hair to her favorite pair of soft pajamas and fluffy socks, to a couple of little bumps across her cheeks and the dark circles under her eyes - she looked stunning.

You couldn't stop yourself from kissing her cheeks a few times. Her nose scrunched up and she laughed quietly causing your heart to beat a little faster against your chest.

"You're beautiful."

Her eyes opened, the blue orbs gazing into yours as a smile tugged at her lips. She shook her head with a scoff. She didn't think she looked beautiful. With how tired she felt she could only imagine how she looked.

But she didn't see herself through your eyes. To you, she was effortlessly beautiful. She never needed makeup or to have her hair a particular way. In everything she did, all you could ever see is beauty.

"I mean it, Tay. You look beautiful. You are beautiful. Words can't even begin to describe it..." you paused and tucked a strand of hair behind her ear and delicately kissed her cheek. "You're just amazing."

She blushed a little and reached for your hands, bringing your palms to her lips where she kissed them both. "I love you so much." She said, her eyes closing against her will. But you didn't mind. You'd stay awake to admire her for a few minutes.

"I love you more," you said a couple of minutes later, thinking she had already fallen asleep. You rested your head on her shoulder and closed your eyes when she spoke again.

"Impossible." She teased and kissed your head before you both fell asleep with smiles on your faces.
