Mrs. Douch-ette has made a comeback, guys.
So, as you obviously know, last week was play week at my school. The teachers were all cool and didn't really give us that much homework since they knew we wouldn't have a ton of time to do it.
So in comes Monday.
It's flurrying outside on the second-to-last day of March, everyone is exhausted after the long week from before, and we enter Room 16, ready to learn.
"Everyone take out your outlines."
Everyone looked around. Mrs. Doucette never gave us a due date for these outlines meant for our research paper, which she had not yet given a due date to, either.
Some poor soul raises their hand.
"I don't have it."
Her face turned bright red.
"Who else doesn't have it?"
About 90% of the class raised their hands.
"It was due last Friday!"
I'd go into detail about how furious she was, but instead I'll give you a little bit of background info.
We've been working on this research paper since mid-February, struggling to get our topics approved and trying to get notes about them in class. She first mentioned this outline to us last Thursday or Friday, I can't remember which at this point, the weekend was a bit of a blur. She never gave us an exact due date, nor did she ever fully explain how we were going to do that.
Anyway, she was really pissed and spent a majority of our Language Arts class yelling at us and she literally told another teacher in front of our faces that she hated us.
Then she looked over everyone's note cards, saw that some people only have 14 or 15 while others had, like, 50, and decided that the whole paper would be due April tenth.
APRIL MOTHERFUCKING TENTH
That's less than two weeks away, for fucks sake!
So now I have to do this outline for homework, along with writing about this service hour thing that I never even knew I had to do, and I'm currently stalling by hiding in the bathroom.
Not to mention I have a sty on my eye right now so it hurts to blink.
God help me please.
