Okay, so I don't know if you guys know (though it's pretty much everywhere now) but there's this picture being spread around of Calum supposedly smoking.

Cool. Fine. Whatever. But as much as I hate it when people smoke (some people claim that it's hot, I just think it's bad for you), he's almost 19 years old. He's a legal adult. If he wants to smoke, that's fine, it's his choice, and we shouldn't judge him for it.
I mean, come on, we all know Calum has been getting the most shit out of all the boys lately. For some reason, we focus on the fact that he's out clubbing and drinking and shit, while in just about every picture, Luke is there, too. What is with this fandom? I just don't understand.
And another thing: on Instagram, you know how people post stuff to do for the boys' birthdays and stuff? I've seen several awful and frankly offensive ones being spread around like "On Calum's birthday, everyone unfollow him and then the day after follow him again" or "on Calum's birthday, wrote 'Calvin the Asian' on your wrist and post a picture"
For the first one, think about it this way: how would you feel if on your birthday, everyone you love and everyone you're friends with goes to a concert for a band you really like without you, leaving you completely alone and unable to talk to any of them. I don't know about you, but that would hurt me a lot. I wouldn't want to get get off by my friends and loved ones on any given day, especially my birthday. Whoever came up with that post is sick.
As for the "Calvin the Asian" one, COME ON PEOPLE WE'VE GOTTEN WAY PAST THE ASIAN CALUM THING OKAY? HE ISN'T ASIAN. HOW MANY TIMES MUST WE GO OVER THIS? IT WAS FUNNY IN LIKE 2013 BUT NOW IT IS JUST GETTING OLD. AND I WOULD NOT WANT TO BE BOMBARDED WITH PICTURES OF PEOPLE WRITING STUFF LIKE THAT ON THEIR WRISTS ON MY BIRTHDAY. THIS FANDOM HAS GOTTEN INCREDIBLY INCONSIDERATE.
Honestly, this is getting out of control. Everyone is pointing the blame for everything at Calum, ever since that snapchat got leaked. He's 18, almost 19, and we shouldn't be blaming him for all this shit. Everyone just needs to shut the fuck up and calm the fuck down. As for that picture, it's so blurry that I don't even know if he's really smoking. I feel like people are just jumping to that conclusion just because of everything he's been accused of in the past several months. It isn't fair to him, and it isn't fair to all the people out there trying to defend him and everyone seems to be out to get him for every little thing he does wrong.
