you guys are hiding your relationship and you guys meet your first hurdle

"and times up" Elena says as she turns of the timer, I chuck my pencil down on the table and rub my eyes, Tyler closes his paper and just sighs. We have our AP Chemistry final in a two weeks and we have been doing practice papers after school together every day to make sure we are prepared, our teacher offered to mark them for us and give us feedback. It helps to ease the nerves slightly but we are all still fucking terrified. 

"how'd ya feel?" Tyler asks us and I just shrug

"my brain is mush right now so I'll have to get back to you" I say and he nods laughing

"I feel like it's gotten slightly easier no?" Elena asks and all me and Tyler offer is a shrug whilst pack up our stuff and hand over the papers to her so she can hand them in during class tomorrow. We all began to head downstairs and I felt my phone buzz in my pocket so I checked and saw i had a message from Enzo which instantly brings a smile to my face

I sent a quick reply before following them down the stairs to where Jenna was in the lounge

"how'd it go?" she asks standing up to greet us and we all nod

"pretty good i guess" Tyler offers and she offers us a smile 

"I'm sure it went better than you think, you guys have been studying like there's no tomorrow it's gonna pay off" she says and we smile

"just wanna get it over with" I say and nods 

"it will be soon now! it's late do you guys need to stay over we have plenty of food and space" she says 

"my moms expecting me home but thanks for the offer" he says and Elena turns to me and says

"whens your brother back because you are more than welcome to stay longer" and I nod

"him and h/w/n are back tomorrow night so I need to go back and make sure the house is spotless" I say. Meaning my hot boyfriend is currently sitting in said house waiting for me to come home. We then say our goodbyes before heading over to Tyler's house as I said I would drop him off home before I head to mine. During my solo car ride I couldn't stop smiling knowing Enzo was there waiting for me. We begun dating a couple months back and it has been complete bliss apart from having to hide it from our friends, we haven't told them yet because we want to keep it just between us for a but longer. It has been a few days since we have been able to see each other alone so I've been really looking forward to it. 

I've just put the car in park when I heard the front door open so i look up and see my gorgeous boyfriend leaning against the door frame, I smile getting out the car and walk slowly towards him

"hello there" I say walking up the steps and he reaches forward and pulls me by the waist into him and kisses me pulling me inside and closing the door and pulling away

"hello gorgeous" he says 

"you had a good day?" I ask taking his hand and guiding him through to the kitchen 

"me and Damon spent the entire day arguing over the best way to distract Katherine so we can get the moonstone so I have had a fantastic day" his voice dripping sarcasm which causes me to smile and I grab some leftovers from the fridge to heat up as I am starving and quite frankly this is just routine. I can't remember a day when there wasn't and argument. 

"any actually good ideas?" I ask and he doesn't answer immediately which causes me to look up at him

"yeah.." he says quietly as i place the dish in the microwave and turn it on
