"Enz?" i say from the bathroom, putting my earring in, he moves from the bedroom and leans on the door

"yeah?" he asks giving my his undivided attention

"can we tell them?" i ask and he looks at me

"are you ready for the fall out?" he says and i give him a look

"there will be no fall out, and even if there is they can fuck right off" i say moving back into the bedroom to pack up my stuff

"Damon is gonna kill me" he says following me "Stefan will be fine but Damon.."

"i won't let him do anything"  i say looking and he nods sitting next to me and i take his hands in mine "i don't wanna hide this anymore Enz" i say and he nods

"neither do i" he says kissing the tops of my hand before continuing "sorry i've made us stay hidden for this long i just...  i am - i was scared of losing you" he says looking at me and i take one of my hands and move it to his cheek, gently moving it so he's looking at me

"i know my love and i'm not trying to blame you in any way. I'm not going anywhere, you are stuck with me for life" i say and he nods smiling

"it is time, made it a year, with only two people knowing so that's good going" he says trying to make a joke and i smile

"are you sure? i'm not trying to pressure you" i ask and he moves to kiss me on the lips giving me my answer, when he pulls away

"i mean we're looking at rings so i think it's time" he says laughing and i smile

"i love you so much" i say leaning in and kissing him "can't wait to tell them about the love my life" i say smiling 

"i love you" he say leaning in to kiss be again but the doorbell rings and I stand up to go answer it quickly, running down the stairs I open it to see Caroline and Tyler standing there. These two are the only people who know me and Enzo are together and we wouldn't have been able to get through this without them

"hi" i say 

"Hey, you guys ready to go?" Tyler asks giving me a hug before moving inside "yeah i just need to grab my bag" i say hugging Caroline

"i got it" Enzo says as he's walking down the stairs, handing it over to be before giving them both a hug "and before we head we'd like to tell you guys something" he says moving moving over to me and placing a hand on my shoulder

"we're gonna tell Stef and Dam" i say and Caroline's eyes widen, her and Tyler speak at the same time

"oh my god that's huge!"                                                                      "fucking finally!"

which Caroline glared at him for 

"this is amazing! when?" she says and i turn to Enzo wanting to leave the ball in his court 

"today or tomorrow" he says looking to Tyler before looking back at me offering me a smile before i give him another hug 

"happy for you guys" Tyler says "while i'm thankful as i am i think i'll miss all the secret keeping" he says and Caroline nods

"yeah but oh my god what a relief it'll be" she says squeezing my arms "can finally feel the girls in oo they're are gonna be so mad, ooo this'll be fun" she says walking back over to the door and opening it, Enzo walks over to the side table and grabs his car keys 

"they won't be the only angry ones" he says quietly and i send him a look

"fuck what Damon thinks" Caroline says wrapping an arm around me like she can sense my nervousness and we walk over to her car
