Prompt - Nathan gets sick and cusses at the boys a lot so when they take his temperature they do it in his bottom and he also has to take suppositories and enemas.

Nobody likes being sick. Nathan too hated being sick. But more than Nathan, it were the boys who hated whenever Nathan fell sick. Not only did they hate to see their youngest one sick but they hated the fact that Nathan would get so cranky and be a rude boy while the boys couldn't even punish him much because the boy was sick. Recently, Nathan had fallen sick and his behavior was all but asking for a spanking. Unfortunately, the boys couldn't punish him much. But he surely needed some kind of punishment, right?

From being rude to the boys to refusing to take his medicines to lower that fever of his and calm the nausea, Nathan had been making life difficult for the boys. But Tom had enough when Nathan started cursing at Siva who was trying to take Nathan's temperature. As soon as he heard the boy being disrespectful to Siva, Tom had Nathan flipped over his lap as he sat on the bed.

I get it that you're sick but that doesn't mean you can be rude

Tom ended the spanking quickly, conscious that Nathan was sick. "You can't punish me. I'm sick." Nathan argued. "Nathan" Tom sighed. "We'll see about that later. First of all, we still need to check his temperature" Siva said. "Nope" Nathan protested pushing away the thermometer. Tom sighed again before grabbing something and flipping Nathan over his stomach again. "No more punishment. I'm sick" Nathan whined. "I always told you that we can get the other thermometer if you don't let us take your temperature this way" Tom said. Nathan started kicking out his legs as soon as he realized that Tom got the rectal thermometer.

In the end, Nathan's protests turn into tears. He realized he couldn't get out of this when Max grabbed both his feet, keeping pressure so that the boy couldn't kick out. Siva and Jay were trying to soothe him but Nathan heard nothing as he felt Tom push his sweatpants and boxers down before quickly inserting the thermometer in his bottom. Tom felt a little bad when he heard the boy cry in embarrassment, so he rubbed Nathan's back, whispering, "consider it a punishment, okay. And it will be over soon." But unfortunately it wasn't going to be over that quickly.

Nathan pouted as soon as Tom removed the thermometer and was about to pull his clothes up when Max held his wrist to stop him. "Not so soon, baby. Just have to give you some medicine." Max said. Nathan raised an eyebrow in confusion before seeing that Tom was unwrapping a suppository from its foil. "No, no, no..." Nathan protested trying to back up the bed. "Nath, your fever is quite high and trust me the suppository will work the fastest. Your fever will be down soon" Tom explained. When his words didn't help him, Nathan simply burst in tears. "Oh kiddo, it will be over soon" Jay tried to comfort Nathan.

It broke their hearts to hear Nathan sob like that but they needed to get Nathan's fever down quickly before they will have to need to a hospital. This time they didn't even need to hold Nathan down. Nathan let Max turn him on his side as Siva and Jay continued trying to soothe the kid who could only cry harder when he felt Tom insert the suppository in his bottom. In the end, Nathan had cried himself to sleep. "It felt like a punishment really" Jay sighed. "I hate this but the kid definitely needed the suppository" Siva said. Max and Tom could only nod in agreement.

Thankfully, the suppository had actually broke Nathan's fever. But the boy still was very embarrassed. "Can we not use the other thermometer ever again? And the suppository too?" Nathan asked when the boy came to check on him once he had woken up. "Let's just keep it as a last alternative" Tom simply chuckled as the boys laughed at the pout Nathan was giving them.
