Kids will always be kids

Prompt - Could you write a prompt where Nathan and Nialler act like children so the boys decide to treat them as such? -Lucy Clark-

When two mischievous kids meet, then the result is more often a big calamity. That's exactly what happened when The Wanted and One Direction met or more specifically when Nathan and Niall met. While the two bands had moved over their past rivalry and got together for a charity function, they expected some tensions to reign in between but none of them ever thought that Nathan and Niall will bond over so soon and create such havoc.

When the two bands sat down to write a song for their charity function, they worked in complete silence for a while before both bands realized that their youngest or second youngest in One Direction's case, were missing. They thought that boys were just roaming around somewhere but were soon proved wrong when they fell victim to the boys' pranks very soon. Soon they learned the meaning of never leave your kids unattended applied to them also even if they were no parents and Nathan and Niall weren't exactly little kids.

It started with very innocent pranks like tying Jay's shoelaces together and making the boy trip. It had at first earned a good chuckle from the boys but when the pranks went on to hiding Liam's wallet, breaking Zayn's phone, tampering with the sheets they were writing on or stealing Louis's car keys, spilling ice water on Harry's head, locking Siva in the room upstairs, making Max and Tom fight with each other over who tampered with whose song writing papers, it became too much.

But it surely got slightly overboard when Liam and Jay brought pizzas for lunch while Nathan and Niall wanted nachos and actually threw a tantrum for it. While Nathan started screaming for the nachos, Niall on the other hand took to throwing the pizzas down so that no one could eat it. Finally, Louis and Tom had enough of the tantrums. "Enough" Tom shouted at the two boys, "you two want to behave like kids then so be it." Nathan and Niall shared a look with each other and soon realized they were in a lot of trouble when Louis pulled Niall up. "Do you know what happens to kid who misbehave?" Louis asked. "No, not this" Niall shouted, embarrassed to get spanked in front of others. "Don't worry about that Niall; Nathan is also going to get through the same thing." Tom said. Nathan and Niall both looked down, realizing they were in a world of trouble.

Thankfully for Nathan and Niall, Siva and Harry asked Tom and Louis to calm down first before punishing the two boys. Nathan and Niall smirked at each other before Niall felt Zayn twist his ear and Nathan felt Max twist his ear and pulled the two boys in a corner each. "Corner time will get you both to think straight for a while I hope" Max said. Niall and Nathan both tried to get out of the corner when Zayn shouted, "back to the corner both of you." Their childish behavior was going to prove costly to them.

After the fifteen minutes of corner, Louis was the first to pull Niall on his lap.

SWAT SWAT SWAT SWAT SWAT

I'm so disappointed in that childish behavior of yours.

SWAT SWAT SWAT SWAT SWAT

One or two pranks are okay but you two have started to disturb people now.

SWAT SWAT SWAT SWAT SWAT

And that tantrum of yours have got to stop now

I hope not to be disappointed by you like that again

Louis ended the spanking as he pulled Niall in a hug cuddling the boy as they watched Tom pull Nathan over his lap.

Behaving so childishly is not what I expected from you Nathan.

Those pranks need to stop now

SWAT SWAT SWAT SWAT SWAT

And those tantrums too

I hope such a situation will not arise again.

Tom ended the spanking and cuddled the sobbing Nathan. "I'm sorry" Nathan sobbed. "Never going to do that again" Niall said. "Do you know what happened to kids after a spanking?" Max asked. "What?" Niall asked. "They take a nap" Zayn said. "Not going to take naps" Nathan groaned. "Kids have to take naps" Siva said. "Not a kid" Niall said. "Wow could have fooled me" Louis chuckled. "Come on time for a nap now" Tom said. Jay took Nathan and Harry took Niall to get them down a nap.

"And they say they are not kids" Max chuckled. "Kids will always be kids" Louis said, smiling.
