Seeking comfort

1) Prompt - Maybe one day the boys are in public and Nathan sucks his thumb and then Tom gets mad so he takes his thumb out of Nath’s mouth, and Nath has a whole fit you finish the rest :)

2) Prompt - can you make one where day Nathan sucks his thumb in public because a fan bullied him so he gets sacred but Tom spanks him because he didn't know thanks?

Nathan’s little regression episode had been put behind now. It was just a thing of the past for the boys right now. Nathan seemed perfectly fine! No nightmares or any other things had him slip in that headspace and that was a great relief for the boys. Not that they minded Nathan in his little headspace but none of them was denying that it was much better when Nathan was just like before! It saved them from a lot of trouble.

Though he wasn’t in his headspace anymore, there was still one habit that Nathan hadn’t kicked out. Thumb sucking! It was something Nathan would often try his best to hide from the boys but it didn’t take long for the boys to catch Nathan with his thumb in his mouth. Since then, the boys had agreed to let Nathan keep that habit of his but Nathan was strictly warned not to do that in public. None of them would be able to cover up if ever Nathan was found sucking his thumb in public and that was the main reason Nathan was told not to.

Nathan understood he shouldn’t be sucking his thumb in public. In fact, he even tried not to do so at home but then there were times he couldn’t stop himself from seeking that comfort. When he was sick, upset, scared or after a spanking, those were the times he found his thumb very appealing. The boys understood it but Nathan knew what would await him if by mistake he sucks his thumb in public. There would be no way Nathan would escape a spanking if that ever happens!

Siva chuckled as he went to wake Nathan up. He found Nathan curled in bed his thumb in his mouth. He reached out shaking Nathan awake. Gently pulling Nathan’s thumb out of his mouth, Siva gave the boy a little smile. “We have a meet and greet today, baby! No thumb sucking there alright?” Siva said chuckling as Nathan softly glared at him. The whole ride to the meet and greet, Nathan had his thumb in his mouth. He was feeling really sleepy so the boys let him be but as soon as they reached their destination, Max reached over pulling the thumb out of Nathan’s mouth.

Usually Nathan would be able to fight the urge of his thumb sneaking its way past his lips but somehow today, it wasn’t going to be so. Nathan had excused himself halfway through the signing to go to the bathroom. Jay wanted to follow him but then Nathan assured him that he can go by himself. What Nathan hadn’t thought was that he would be met by a group of ‘fans’ who were not really his fans and they weren’t so nice to him.

He was getting out of the bathroom when suddenly he found himself surrounded by a group of girls. “Hey, isn’t that Nathan Sykes?” one of the girls chuckled. “Yeah, the baby of the band” another added not to kindly. “I’m not” Nathan snorted. “Oh, he is just the useless extra person in the band” one of girls laughed. “Let me go” Nathan said not wanting to stay in their midst for long. Suddenly he found himself being pushed by some of the girls.

“Hey” Nathan shouted as he felt his back hit the wall. “You’re so much of a baby that you can’t even defend yourself” another girl said. “Aww… Is the baby going to cry?” one of them snickered. Nathan managed to push past them wiping the tears falling down his face as he walked to the boys. He desperately wanted to tell the boys and let the boys comfort him but as soon as he opened his mouth to tell the boys, Tom pulled him to his chair. “You’re late” Tom hissed at Nathan. Siva saw Nathan’s teary eyes but they were so caught up in signing stuffs that he couldn’t ask Nathan what happened.

Whenever Nathan was upset, his thumb automatically made its way to his mouth and this time also Nathan hadn’t even processed how his thumb actually got to his mouth. In fact, the boys also hadn’t noticed until they heard the whispers and mainly the cooing. Tom turned slightly to see what the girls were calling cute when he saw that it was Nathan with his thumb in his mouth focused on signing one of the stuffs a fan gave him.

Tom reached over whispering to Nathan, “Remove your thumb from your mouth!” Nathan shook his head. He wanted some comfort and if the boys weren’t going to give him that then his thumb will give it to him! “Nath, remove the thumb from your mouth” Max hissed at Nathan. Nathan shook his head again but this time Tom had enough of it. He tugged on Nathan’s hand pulling the boy up and excusing himself saying they’ll just be back in a few.

Nathan let himself be dragged to the bathroom and as soon as Tom locked the door, Nathan didn’t even have the time to explain and he found himself turned towards the wall Tom already pulling down his jeans and boxers.

“Tom wait” Nathan cried. “No, Nath! I get it you are tired and want to sleep but we talked about it before! No thumb sucking in public!” Tom said turning Nathan back to the wall again. “But I was upset” Nathan sobbed. “Upset? Why?” Tom asked. “They bullied me! I found some girls outside the bathroom. They called me a baby! And laughed at me” Nathan cry. “Oh baby! I’m so sorry! You should have told me about it before. I’m so sorry!” Tom said pulling Nathan to sit on his lap as he let the boy cry himself to sleep.

After some time, Tom found Nathan fast asleep on his lap his thumb in his mouth. Tom gave Kevin a call and the man hurried to the bathroom. “I’ll take him to the car!” Kev said as he scooped up the boy and made his way to the car. Tom got back to the boys and they apologized for leaving the meet and greet saying that Nathan wasn’t feeling well. When they got back to the car, Nathan was still asleep.

“They were bullying him?” Max asked. “Yeah, he was upset and that’s why he sought his comfort in his thumb” Tom said watching Siva pull Nathan to cuddle in his lap and Jay carding a hand through Nathan’s hair as they made their way back home.
