Autumn was the last to leave the restaurant and stood herself outside next to her brother and Mia. Their partners came up with the wonderful idea of a triple date, and she let herself be dragged along. Reece and Mia chatted a little while Autumn waited for Winter to finally go home.

But Winter, Marjorie, and Charlotte were still in the restaurant. They wanted to go to the restroom before they left. The snow fell lightly from the sky and covered the streets.

Mia laughed lightly. "Well Reecey, it wasn't that bad, was it?" she slapped him playfully on the arm.

"No, you were tolerable for once," the man shot right back.

Mia raised her eyebrows and grinned slightly. " You too. And you Autumn, what's your opinion?"

" Fine." Autumn replied briefly.

"Well, that's all I expected from you," said Mia.

A large black car stopped in front of the restaurant, and a man got out of the driver's side. He was big and muscular. Without looking out of his way, he walked right up to the entrance of the building and bumped into Reece.

"Hey!" Reece shouted.

The man, who was almost as tall as him, just grunted and walked on. But Mia shouted something after him. "Someone's all brawn and no brains!"

This comment brought the man to a sudden halt. He looked over his shoulder and said half aloud. " Bitch."

Autumn instinctively took a step forward, but was stopped immediately by Reece. " No..." he mumbled quietly. Mia, on the other hand, wasn't about to let that rest on her. She quickly made a snowball and threw it. It smashed into the back of the man's head.

The car doors of his car opened and two other men got out as well. They were also tall and muscular.

Winter was putting on his coat. Charlotte and Marjorie had just come out of the ladies' restroom and joined him. "That was a really nice evening!" said Marjorie happily. Charlotte replied with a smile: "We should do it more often."

Winter nodded. "I agree, but I don't know if I can persuade Autumn to do it any time soon."

The three of them were standing in front of the restaurant window overlooking the street. When suddenly Autumm ran past, running like a track star. Closely followed by Reece, the last to run past was Mia, who had her boots in her hand. Just a few seconds later, three men ran past the window.

"Oh God!" Marjorie shouted.

The three of them rushed out of the restaurant, only to see the group run down the street and then disappear into a side alley.

"What the hell!" shouted Winter.

" Oh God... You can't leave those three alone.." muttered Charlotte.

The three of them were standing there now, not knowing what to do, but a few minutes later Winter's phone rang. " My Love?!... What?... Three streets away! How quick you were! Yes, we're coming..."

"What happened?" Marjorie asked in a panic.

"I don't know, but we're supposed to pick them up..."

The cars stopped at a bus stop. Autumn was the only one standing, Mia was lying on the bench completely out of breath and Reece was sitting on the floor.

"Are you all right!" shouted Charlotte and immediately went to Mia, who could only give her a thumbs-up. Marjorie helped Reece up from the floor.

" My love?" Winter asked with a raised eyebrow.

"Mia had to throw a snowball at a muscled lard," Autumn replied bluntly. "We managed to escape." Without saying anything else, she went to the car and got in.

"Amelia Mae!" shouted Charlotte angrily.

Mia, who was still out of breath, replied choppily. " The guy... ran into Reece... insulted me... Snowball..."

Marjorie smacked her hand against her forehead. " Can you guys be left alone for five minutes!"

Reece and Mia answered together.
" No."
